Parcel Number | is identified by TMS # 5-002-01-O0land consists of ‘approximately 54 acres and Parcel Number 2 is identified by TMS # 5-0019-01-002 and consists of approximately 31 acres. Our survey services will consist of completing a boundary survey and recombination plat for the two parcels identified above into a single parcel. Our services will consist of the Survey Phase as set forth in the General Provisions, supplemental exhibits, attached hereto, and such Additional Services as you may request during the course of the Project. We understand that you will fumish us with full information as to your requirements, including any special or extraordinary considerations for the Project and will make pertinent existing data available to us. Payment for our services will be as described in the attached General Provisions. Survey Phases Consultant will perform the following Survey Phase tasks for the parcels as identified by he Owner: 1. Boundary & Recombination Plat Surveyor will conduct a boundary survey of property as identified by the (Owner. The boundary survey shall be performed in conformance with the minimum standard requirements for the appropriate location. Boundary surveys shall consist of locating the lines and/or comers of tracts of land as per deed descriptions and other evidence found on the ground. Work shall include running a basic field traverse, review of record deeds and plats, calculations and analysis of evidence found, and establishment of lines. Upon completion of the Boundary Survey fieldwork, Surveyor will prepare a recombination plat, of the two parcels identified above into a single parcel, suitable for recording. {tis the responsibilty of the Owner to record the plat. B.
