Note: The distance between assemble point and working place should be less than 1 k.m.

First Day: Both parties will do escrow of Rs 5 Lakh each in any of the Five Star Hotel having
Electronic Locker Facilities.

Day Two: Both parties will assemble at the mutually agreed spot at the fixed time. W party will
show company authorization letter and personal ID to B party. Authorized person may be ladies
or gents.

After that B Party will take W party to spot of cash for confirmation and W party will check cash
randomly and after satisfaction will share KYC of company to B Party and then W party will call
Q & Q team which will do Q & Q and thereafter W party will hit RTGS and will give UTR No to B
party will check RTGS to its satisfaction. If B party has need, company can pull out the Bank
Statement in the Bank.

Q & Q Team will lift the cash already packed in boxes and will leave the spot after issuing
Disclaimer/Donation letter to B Party at the spot and W party will hand over Media Commission
in cash to both Party Media.

W Party will not pick cash from public places like Banks, Hospitals, Hotels, Banquet Halls,
Schools, Colleges, Dharamshalas, Temples, Mosques, Churches, Gurudwaras etc. Coverage of
CCTV at any cost should not be in and out of the premises where the cash is kept and it must
be stored on Ground floor only and accessible by CMS vans straight into the spot. Street outside
must be so broad that CMS can move easily.

Note:

A) If Escrow is to done in Delhi then 10 % of the escrow amount shall be handed over by B party
to A party and then only W party will bring its share of escrow in 2 hours there from.

B) If Escrow is to be done out of Delhi then movement charge at the rate of 15% shall be given
to W party by B party one day before the day of scheduled escrow and B party will deduct the
said 15% from the actual amount of escrow.

Name of Company, Bank Account No. and Bank Name.

show company authorization letter with bank statement and personal ID to B Party. Authorized
Person may be Ladies or Gents .Statement will not be handed over to B Party at this point.

After that B Party will take W party to spot of cash for confirmation and W party will check cash
randomly and after satisfaction will share KYC of company to B Party and then W party will call

or gents. B Party will show original Parchi of Angadia with Loader ID to W Party. Thereafter both
will go to the Gaddi of Angadia where original Parchi will with Loader ID to W Party. Thereafter
both will go to the gaddi of Angadia where original Parchi will be shown along with ID of Person
holding the Parchi. W Party will verify through Gaddi owner and will also do cross verification
by taking snap shot of Parchi. After successful verification KYC will be exchanged. If B party has
need, company can pull out the Bank Statement in the Bank.

B party will endorse the parchi in favour of W Party and W party will do RTGS at the agreed
ratio. W Party will give UTR No to B Party and it will check and verify RTGS in its account. After
that B party will confirm transfer of Parchi in favour of W Party.

Disclaimer/Donation letter will be issued by W Party to B Party at the spot. W Party will hand
over Media Commission in cash to Both Party Media.
