In present time most of the big and small companies do a Corporate Social Responsibility
because it's necessary for all companies to do a social responsibility. In C.S.R is a business
approach that contributes to sustainable development by delivering economic, social and
environmental benefits for all stakeholders. To work with a good company a company employee
should know the all social responsibility and they help to the society and give them contribute to
it.

In this year my college is introduced a social internship program in this program a P.G.D.M First
year students join the N.G.O for 15 days and work with it and give contribute to it.to learn things
and helped to the weaker section of the society. Its gives me a personal satisfaction and as a way
to show their gratitude to the society. In present times most of the company asked at the time of
interview what you do for a society and what you give to the society as a management student
should know and give contribute to the society.

My foundation name is Friend n Smile (FNS) is a legally incorporated Not For Profit Company
through Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India and comes under NGO. Its Organizational structure
is similar to any Profitable Company with Board of Directors, Governing Councils, Executive
Councils and other staff.

Primary Focus of the Foundation is on providing-- Affordable, Specialist, Timely and Quality
Surgical as well as other treatment-related care mainly for the Cancer Patients. This is esp for
those whose collective family income is below 5 lakh Rs, are underserved or remotely located
(rural and distant), underprivileged (like in elder's home, orphanage, refugees), those who do not
get timely dates for treatment for Cancers due to any reasons or already have been heavily and
financially burdened by recurrent cancers or need all three modalities of treatment.

Our second focus is on Endocrine or Hormone related disorders which often remain
undiagnosed for a long time, trouble the patients on day to day basis but are often completely
correctable with proper diagnosis and treatment. Our third emphasis is on helping any other very
needy patient for operative treatment with the help of our fellow specialist Doctors based only on
humanitarian grounds.

In this endeavor with an organized, quality-controlled, committed and integrated approach, FNS
is trying to bring all interested Specialist Doctors, Hospitals, Institutions, NGOs, Volunteers,
Corporates together on one platform to work for community-based projects based on Humanity
and Cooperation through Membership of various Councils.

FNS requests them to share their expertise and technology to bring a proper solution to one of
the most pressing problems of the society and that is- Affordable, Quality and Timely treatment
for Cancers to even a neediest person but within their affordable range.

There is a true story Mam told us there was a street vegetable seller in Noida sector 18. He was
suffered from cancer he came to the Dr. Bakshi clinic and told everything for a disease and Dr.
Bakshi helped them to the street vegetable seller and full checkup and provide medicine's and do
all treatment related to cancer patients and She charge only 30,000.

Scope of the Study

I learned most of things from social internship program.in this course there is wider scope in
future because Its helps me both the way in my career and my social responsibilities towards
society. The course outline of this social internship program is excellent. Because to my point of
view, I learned new and various actions related to humanity and towards responsibility towards
society for me and us. According to my point of view this course is similar to a live project
because in this course I do various activity in doing sip which is similar to employee of a
company but only difference is that they do work for earn money but in my case, I do all thing to
humanity and kindness to do for a society and gives me self-satisfaction to contribute for a
society and gain knowledge and experience.
During S.I.P there is many task day by day and all tasks are different from another task these all
task discuss by mam and my team members and we did all the task and we did completed all the
achieve the goal.

In second day of S.I.P there is event organized by Dr.Bakshi in I.M.A hall sector 30 Noida .In
this event many super specialists doctors is come in this function to celebrated third founders d
of Friends N Smile Foundation.

I and my team members take responsibilities to organize the event and do a work for different
areas and coordinate among team members for doing a work and to be successful the event.

We all did different works from day are following

I take responsibilities to pick and drop the children’s in N.G.O in Noida sector 30.

On that day I put a stall in I.M.A hall to sell out the smartphones to the doctors and guest and
customer it is a part of my study and my area of interest to gain knowledge and experience to do
marketing of a product and tell us to the specification of a product.

As a marketer it very important to convince the customer because he or she buy your product and
earn profit in a business. Sometimes people should do for a society not for a profit.

I see and realize how its difficult to convince the customer.

I and my team members did play the title was cancer awareness and education.

My important learning is how to organize event and how to coordinate among others and I did all
operation activity. Its helps me in future to organize the event and I easily handle it, because I
have experienced. Mam appreciate us and gave certificate to us.

We organized a health camp in Christ church in sector 29 Noida I and my team members went to
the church and talk to the father Kamal about health checkup and take permission to organize the
health camp in 23 /12/2017. Father Kamal give permission to us to organize the health camp in a
church. I and my team members started their work we do all the arrangements and take a
responsibility. I learned from that day the things see look like a small but you do really it’s not an
easy task and I learned various thing on that day to how to convince people and take a
permission to do something good in favors of society. On that day I take responsibilities to
checked all patients who are coming in health camp to checked their sugar level and told to the
mam we divided all the work and do own work and responsibility.
