STS Forming Silicon360 to Focus Exclusively on Domestic Content Design, Productization

and Manufacturing Capabilities for Specialty ASIC’s, ITAR and Medical Components for
Legacy, Sunset and End-of-Life Products

MILPITAS, Calif., — July 17, 2009 — Silicon Turnkey Solutions Inc. (STS) today announced the
launch of a wholly-owned business, Silicon360, focused on product enabling solutions that cater to the
specialty design migration and convergence markets for Military and Commercial products facilitated
by its partnership with SiliconXpress a Design group based out of Lubbock, Texas

The newly formed operation, Silicon360, will be responsible for the Design, Productization,
Manufacturing and Upscreening of Military, ASIC’s and ITAR devices that require domestic content due
to their specialty, high-security and anti-piracy requirements
