 Unit shutdown. Reaction section pressure @ 3.36Kg/cm2g.


 Isolate suction and discharge C-1202A/B/C & C-1201A and then purging with N2.
 C-1201B nitrogen purging in progress.

Unit 13: CCR

Reformate: TK5107 RON
LPG: TK-5102 Catalyst Circulation rate

 Unit total shutdown. Reaction section pressure @ 2.25Kg/cm2g. Regenerator pressure @0.9Kg/cm2g.
 RT on D-1306 done during the night.

Unit 23: ISOM

Isomerate R/D: m3/h

 Unit shutdown.
 R2303: catalyst loading completed and now boxed up.
 R2302: catalyst loading is not started yet (0 drums of UOP I-8 plus PENEX /151 drums need to be loaded).
 Pressurized T-2302 to 0.7Kg/cm2g & T-2301 to 3.4Kg/cm2g.

 Unit maintain inventory with crude and flushing oil; Pressure is kept at 0.5bar.
 Drain and inerted the HGO line from outlet of E-1119 to B/L
 P1101A and P1106B are isolated and inerted for maintenance.
 D1106 – level gauge is dismantled for repair.
 Scaffolding is being installed for inspection of the heater.
 TV-015B dropped for maintenance.

Unit 14: KTU

 Unit shutdown.

 Sometime make up LGO to D1518. Main Column Bottom level is intermittently routed to Tk-3801A.
 Repairing PV-1501, not yet completed.
 Open manhole at 1st regenerator.

Unit 18: SWS

 Unit on hot circulation: D1801->TK1801->P1805->D1801->P1802B->E1801->T1801->P1804B->E1804A/B-

 Tk-1801 level: 83.9 %.

Unit 19: ARU

 Unit shutdown.

Unit 20: CNU

 Load acid to temporary tank and start to treat spent caustic.


 Tk-2002 =>R-2001=>D-2001=>T-2001=>Tk-2004=>P-2004B => ETP flow at 1.5m3/h (bypass D-2003A/B)
 Kerosene circulation loop: D-2003A <>P-2005A and D-2003B <>P-2005C.

Unit 22: SRU

 Steam and condensate system commissioning in progress.


 Receive off gas from U-18 to D-02/ 03, then to flare.

Unit 24: LCO Fire hydrant in between U-24 & U-18 is leaking isolated supply and work request prepared. The
butterfly valve is passing.

 Unit total shutdown. Reaction Loop @ 29Kg/cm2g and fractionation Loop @ 7Kg/cm2g.

 Performance Test U-31 completed at 2305H.

System Press: kg/cm2g 5.7

 6PHE (A/C/E/F/G) are in service. Make-up fresh water at 0m3/h.


 PHE B&D are isolated and under maintenance.

Unit 34: Sea Water Intake

 P-3401 A/D/E in service with system pressure of 3.7kg/cm2g.


 TBS (A-3402X2 A / B / C) in service. Chlorination package is in service.

Unit 35: Plant & Instrument Air

 Vaporizer press at 6.0 Kg/cm2g, Fuel Gas press at 3.5 Kg/cm2g and pilot gas pressure at 2.2 Kg/cm2g.
 037-PV-004 control valve by-pass is now fully closed.

Unit 38: Fuel Oil

 P3801B is removed to workshop – not available. P-3801A not running.


 P-3802 running and suction from Tk-5110A sending Diesel oil to Boiler A & B & D.

Unit 39: Caustic Supply

 P3901A, P3902B, P3903B & P3904B are running.

Unit 57: Flare Systems

 Outer steam at 2.2 t/h (10% open) while inner steam at 38t/h (flow rate not correct, valve opening at 6%
and work request already raised).
 D-5702 temperature at about 29oC. level = 9.8%

Unit 58: ETP

 4 aerators A5821E01A, B, C & D running in AUTO mode. Aeration basin A5821-TK02: pH = 6.86; O2=
4.81mg/l. Tk-5804 level = 59.07%

Unit 59: Fire Water System

 Tk-5901A/B = 82%. P-5901C in service P: 12.93 Kg/cm2g.

HOT UTILITIES

Unit 32: BFW & Condensate

 Two trains are stopped.


 Tk-3201 88%; Tk-3203 90%
 Draining the condensate at collection tank Tk-3201 and Tk-3203 is going on.
 BFW pump P-3207B and P-3209A are in service supplying to process units.

Unit 40: Power generation system

BOILER

 Boiler A (DO @ 66t/h) manual mode & B (DO @ 61t/h) auto mode in service with total steam production @
127tons/h.
 P-4032 is running, P-4033 standby. P-4031 lined up after strainer cleaning.
 Boiler D is minimum firing with burner 3 using Diesel Oil temperature at 177oC.
 Boiler C shut down for maintenance.

STG/EMCS

 1800H STG A on DROOP Mode as per instruction load around 17MW.


 STG C&D stopped condition.
 STG B Sea Water isolated condition.

Intermediate product tankage area (051/054/055/056)

Unit 051: Intermediate product tankage

 P-5501B and P-5502B are both running for flushing oil supply.
 Tk-5106A is the temporary LSO tank for other units.(info)
 Tk-5106A outlet line and emptying line is now isolated and padlocked, key is with the Refinery shift
supervisor.
 Tk-5107 & Tk-5109 remain on MOS due to erratic alarm on high-high & low-low level, MOS and work request
prepared.
 P-5101B is running to supply LPG for U-37

Unit 54: Product Blending


 No activity.

Unit 55: Flushing Oil


 No activity during the night.

Unit 56: Slops

 Tk-5603 – filling up water to 14.18 meter completed @ 0350H (22/08/09) and now holding.
 Tk-5604 – Draining water in progress.

Product tank farm area (052/053)

Unit 52: Product Tankage

 A-5202A & B performance test in progress.


 Water filling for Tk-5215A/B (Ballast Water Tank) in progress.
 Tk-5211A & B fuel oil heating-up temperature now at 55oC.
 LPG transfer from Tk-5212C to D completed at 2004H.
 Tk-5205C is schedule to be loaded to HAI LINH 06, but at day time of 22/08/09 some content of Tk-5205C
was transferred by gravity to Tk-5205B (for tank calibration) now the pumpable volume at Tk-5205C is only
3000m3 versus the schedule to be unloaded which is 5000m3. This concern was already communicated with
Planner (Amru/Liem).

Unit 53: Truck loading

 Performance test for MOGAS from Tk-5201A to trucks until 1845H.

Unit 60: Crude Tank Farm

 Crude oil transferring from Tk-6001D to F in progress using P-6001C.


 Note: when level of Tk-6001D about 2.5meters, use Tk-6001E to transfer to Tk-6001F until level of Tk-6001F
reaches 17meters (for calibration & certification).
 Remove seal of Mixer 6001C to workshop
