Eligibility Guidelines:-
1. Membership of the Organization:-
Confederation of Engineers and Appraisers:- The Institution shall consist of only one class i.e. Member. Member of the
Confederation shall be permitted to use any suffix of the confederation but shall be entitled in other respects to the
privileges of the membership.

2. Eligibility for Enrollment as a Member:-

A)The candidate interested to Registered as a Valuer/Appraiser must be Bachelors of Architecture/Degree in

Engineering (any branch) from any UGC recognized University with experience of 05 years and above in the
relative field or as directed under companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation)Rules, 2017 by Ministry of
Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India.

B)The Diploma Engineering holders and Degree Architecture/Engineer Candidates below 05 years of Experience
can registered as a Licentiate Appraiser. (They can not act as a Valuer independently)

C)The candidate interested to Registered as a Certified Appraiser must be Degree in Engineering (any branch) or
Architecture from any UGC recognized University with experience of 05 years and above in the relative field.

Fees Structure :-

A)Lifetime Fees and Title for Individual Valuers/Appraisers:-

 Subject to the Jurisdiction of the Hon. Court of Pune city only.
 For Registration of Partnership firm/Company all Authorised Signatories /Directors
should be Degree Architects/Engineers with minimum 5 years of experience.
 Attach separate sheet for details of All Directors.
 Subject to realization and clearance of Cheque / DD in our Bank Account
 Fees once paid will not be Transferable of Refundable in any circumstances.
