Our History

Tiglon Partners was formerly known as Akamai Financial Markets/Alexander Mann Financial Markets, a global boutique
executive search firm specializing in the financial markets which was founded in London in 1994, until a management
buyout of the Asian business was conducted in May 2008.

A highly successful boutique in Asia, accolades include rankings in leading financial opinion polls. Specifically, the
company was ranked No. 2 overall best Executive Search firm in Asia Pacific for Financial Markets by the Asia Money Poll
in 2005 & was ranked in the top 3 in both 2004 & in 2003.

Over the years, the firm has evolved from a traditional executive search firm to include a strongly research driven platform
and partnered our top-tier clientele with invaluable business intelligence which enabled them to fuel important strategic
decisions for their growth and success throughout the region.

Key Profiles Asia ex-Japan
Scott Tan, Executive Director

Scott joined Akamai's Asian operations (formerly Alexander Mann) in 2007 having previously worked with
Michael Page International in Singapore. Scott has been very active with senior placements and projects
completed in Asia across all asset classes.

Prior to entering executive search, Scott was the Head of Business Development and a Management
Consultant in an international investment brokerage in Kuala Lumpur covering the commodities,
infrastructure and retail practises. Scott was also an on-air news anchor for an Asian TV news channel, and
radio as well as an advertisement personality. He has a degree in Information Technology and
Management, and is proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese in 4 dialects and
Spanish. Scott is an active member of the United Nations Volunteer (UNV) program in Asia and is also a
certified real estate professional in Singapore.

Nick Poole, Executive Director, Head of Research & Execution

Nick is a highly regarded research manager in Asia and previously headed up Market Intelligence &
Research in Principal Search Asia. Prior to that he joined Akamai's Asian operations (formerly Alexander
Mann) at their inception in early 2001 in Hong Kong. He has over ten years of research experience in the
Asian Financial Markets. Prior to entering executive search, Nick worked as a manager with investment
bank, Morgan Stanley. He commenced his career as a Senior Ship Broker for P&O in Hong Kong. He reads
Maritime Business and Law at the University of Plymouth and is an Associate Member of the AIMR and
Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts. He's qualified in arbitration & commercial mediation resolution.

Kojiro Nojiri, Managing Director

Koji joined Akamai Financial Markets in 2007 as a Managing Director before setting up Tiglon Partners in
2008. Prior to joining Akamai he was with Russell Reynolds Associates. The former Morgan Stanley Head of
Japan Equity Sales has 16 years banking experience. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Koji worked for Lehman
Brothers and Nikko Securities.
B.A. from Keio University and MBA from Southern California University, Marshall School of Business.
Chartered Member of the Security Analysts Association of Japan (CMAs). Fluent in English.

Junichi Wada, Executive Director

Junichi joined Tiglon Partners in August 2008. Prior to joining Tiglon, he worked at UBS Securities covering
numerous Financing and M&A deals. Having worked in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo for companies
such as Nomura Securities and Daiwa Securities SMBC Europe, Junichi has more than twenty years
experience in Investment Banking. B.A. in Economics from St. Paul University. Fluent in English.

Keigo Shindo, Director

Keigo was a member of Akamai Japan prior to Tiglon Partners's inception. Prior to joining Akamai, he
worked at Robert Walters Japan where he covered Investment Banking, Real Estate and Private Equity for
just under five years. Having lived, worked and been educated in the USA, he is fluent in English. B.A. in
English from Reitaku University and Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Salem State College in
the USA. Certified of Industrial Counselor.

Jannet Cheung, Executive Director, Head of Research & Execution

Jannet was a member of the Akamai team in Japan prior to Tiglon Partners' inception. Before joining
Akamai, she was the Head of Research of Tokyo for Imprint Search & Selection. She was responsible for
recruiting, managing and training the research analysts of both contingency and retained business that
primarily cover financial market in Japan. Before Imprint, she was working as a consultant in one of the
largest recruitment firms in Tokyo.

In her early career, she worked as HR generalist in a global blue chip company in Hong Kong. B.A. in
Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Obtained certification of JLPT level 1.

Shashindra Muniandi, Senior Associate

Shashindra was a member of the Akamai team in Japan prior to Tiglon Partners' inception. Before joining
Akamai, he was a Research Analyst then promoted to the Head of Research with Imprint Search &
Selection in Tokyo by providing market intelligence services within the financial sector in Tokyo. He started
his career in Trade Finance for Citigroup in Malaysia handling Letter Of Credit operational processing
before moving to Japan to work with Rama DBK Ltd. as a Global Export Officer.

BSc in Computer Science from the University of Science in Malaysia.

Junya Ogawa, Associate

Junya was a member of the Akamai team in Japan prior to Tiglon Partners' inception. Prior to joining
Akamai, he worked for one of the biggest Japanese telemarketing companies as a supervisor providing
services to IT and consumer industries for 3 years. He was also responsible for managing the customer
services sectors.

B.A. in International Trade & Tourism from Yokohama College of Commerce. Fluent in English.
