ASUNTO : Remite informe detallado sobre el consumo del material de

escritorio (hojas bond) entregadas por la DIROPESP-PNP.

REF : ORDEN SUPERIOR.

Tengo el honor de dirigirme al despacho de su digno cargo,

con la finalidad de remitir adjunto al presente el INFORME N°091-2017-
DIROPESP PNP/DIVINRAP-DEPINRAP.LN.BCA.AL del 01AGO2017, realizado
por el S3 PNP Jean Carlos CHAVEZ CELIO (E) SALIENTE LOGISTICA
DEPINRAP-LN-BARRANCA, indicando en el asunto el consumo detallado del
material de escritorio (hojas bond) entregados por la DIROPESP-PNP a esta
DEPINRAP-LN-BARRANCA, dando cumplimiento a lo ordenado.

ASUNTO : Consumo detallado del material de escritorio (hojas bond)
que fueron entregadas por la DIROPESP-PNP.

1. Se informa que la DIROPESP-PNP hizo entrega de CINCUENTA (50)
MILLARES DE PAPELD BOND DE 80 GR. TAMAÑO A-4 Y VENTICINCO
(25) MILLARES DE PAPEL BOND DE 75 GR. TAMAÑO A-4, el
20AGO2016 a esta DEPINRAP-LN-BARRANCA los cuales fueron usados
en las diferentes áreas de la Oficina de Administración de esta sub unidad
la cual se detalla de la siguiente manera:

2. Por otro lado, el ST2 PNP Luis Miguel CASAS NARIO como JEFE OFAD
DEPINRAP-LN-BARRANCA, autorizo el 16JUL2017 que el (E)
LOGISTICA DEPINRAP-LN-BARRANCA asigne a la oficina de
administración de esta Sub unidad DOS (02) millares de hojas bond para
la realización de los documentos que se realizan diariamente; hojas que
hasta la fecha no han sido consumidos en su totalidad.

3. Cabe mencionar que en el almacén de esta DEPINRAP-LN-BARRANCA,

queda en stock OCHO (08) millares de hojas bond; las cuales quedan
para la distribución requerida para las distintas áreas de la oficina de
administración de esta DEPINRAP-LN-BARRANCA; asimismo se adjunta
UN (01) acta de entrega y recepción del 20AGO2016, en el cual se detalla
la entrega de los SETENTA Y CINCO (75) millares de hojas bond que hizo
entrega la DIROPESP-PNP y CIENTO DOCE (112) actas de entrega y
recepción del material de escritorio (hojas bond) que fueron entregados
al personal de las distintas áreas de esta oficina de administración.

De conformidad a lo dispuesto por la superioridad; se informa a su

despacho para conocimiento y fines que se digne determinar.
