PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
AQUASHIELD BT 500 is designed to be used in boiler water systems where it
functions to control corrosion and disperse particulate matter.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AQUASHIELD BT 500 is a formulated corrosion inhibitor/ sludge dispersant.
Typical specifications as follows :

APPLICATION and CONTROL

AQUASHIELD BT 500 should be dosed continuously either direct to the boiler or to
the boiler feedline.

Dosing equipment should be made of teflon, polythene, polypropylene or stainless

steel. The product is non corrosive to materials normally used in dosing
systems.

The specific application requirements will depend on the operating characteristics of

the individual system and the system water chemistry. Your AQUASHIELD
representative will advise after a system survey.

PACKING, HANDLING FIRST AID and STORAGE

AQUASHIELD BT 500 is supplied in non-returnable drums containing 30 kg nett.

AQUASHIELD BT 500 is a near neutral liquid product which is harmful if swallowed.

As with all industrial chemicals, proper standards should be applied when handling.

Read the MSDS for this product before handling.

Storage life, in unopened drums, is at least 12 months.
