JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Officer Department: TREASURY OPERATIONS

Rank: BE B/A Section: CORPORATE FX and Bond

Reports To: AVP TREASURY OPERATION

Job Purpose (In a brief, specific one or two-sentence statement, answer the questions:
"Why does this position exist?" and "What is it expected to accomplish?")
1. Processing, settlement and follow-up of corporate fx
confirmations/documentation
2. Processing of Bond Trades (SLR and Non-SLR)
3. Checking of underlying for Corporate fx deals.
4. Monitoring of Past Performance Limit for client.
5. Provide back office support to Front office staff in Treasury and provide
effective backup for various back office activities.
5. To ensure accurate and timely processing Corporate trades.
6.To ensure that all corporate settlements are effected in time and accurately.
7.To ensure that there are no regulatory /audit violations.

Ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Important link with the traders as well as the corporate customers.
Ensure smooth settlement of corporate fx trades.
To ensure that transactions are in line with the RBI /internal regulations

Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that
provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and
analysis performed in this position.)
Processing and settlement of corporate fx trades
Preparation and despatch of deal confirmations in timely manner
Proper follow-up of the pending confirmations as per the laid down policies and
procedures of escalation.
Highlighting discrepancies immediately.
Ensure regulatory and other MIS reportings are prepared on submitted within
deadline

Required Experience
Experience in Corporate FX products and Underlying handling.

Education / Preferred Qualifications


Graduate in any discipline
Working knowledge of excel and word
Knowledge of the documentation market practices and the Central Bank rules and
regulations.

Rapport with the other clients, peers and banks as well as legal and compliance
Ability to work under pressure in order to meet the deadlines

Technical Competencies
Knowledge of the FEDAI and other internal control guidelines
Working Knowledge of MS excel, word.

Effective communication with colleagues and superiors
Good communication and coordination between front office, counterparties as well as
Singapore T&M Ops
