Dear Mr. Boi:

This has reference to your letters dated October 8, 2013 and February 27, 2014.

As of now, the 90-days lead time has already lapsed and you have not fully fulfilled your
obligations as follows:

1. Undelivered materials enumerated as follows:

 Two(2) units 1/2 HP submersible pumps
 One (1) lot schedule 40 pipes and fittings
 Two (2) units coarse filter
 Two (2) units fine filders
 Four (2) units aeration equipment
 Four (2) units ozone generator
 One(1) lot waste water module

2. Unaccomplished works such as design, layout, installation, commissioning and

calibration of system.

We have already paid the down payment of 50% amounted to P1, 250,000 and the
40% payment is premised on your full delivery of the materials which you have not
fulfilled as shown in the foregoing undelivered items, hence we cannot make the
payment.

For our mutual interest and benefit, we demand that you fulfill the foregoing obligations
within tree (3) days from receipt of this letter.

It is also our desire to settle this matter peacefully and amicably. Should you need
further discussion/qualification please feel free to communicate to the office of Thinker
Bale Inc. or you may call.
