TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

I, KEVIN ALLEN S. SAN JUAN, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and with residence address at
2607 Cabrera Street, Pasay City, and I, ELICITO V. DAIZ JR., Filipino citizen, of legal age,
and with residence address at P Basilio Street, M. dela Cruz, Pasay City, after having duly sworn
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state: THAT –

That we both personally know the person of FE AMOR P. VIRATA since 2009 because, we had
lived in the same locality for a long time, and her family has been a close family friend;

That we also know and we hereby declare that the said FE AMOR P. VIRATA is a respected
journalist/publisher whose pen name is “AMOR P. VIRATA”;

That the name FE AMOR P. VIRATA and AMOR P. VIRATA is one and the same person for
all legal intents and purpose;

That we are not related in any way, either by consanguinity or affinity, to the said FE AMOR P.
VIRATA;

As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for any
other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 1st day of August 2017, at Pasay
