| OBJECTIVE
To safeguard the interest of the government and to ensure the
accountability of customs brokers by limiting the number of their
authorized representatives/processors transacting with the Bureau of
Customs,
I. SCOPE
This Order shall cover all ‘8 Brokers transacting with the
Bureau of Customs.
U, AMENDMENT
This Order hereby amends paragraph no. 7, C. Il. d. of Customs
Memorandum Order No. 11-2014 dated May 22, 2014 tilled Revised
Guidelines for Registration of importers and Customs Brokers with
the Bureau of Customs (BOC) Pursuant to Department Order No. 33.
2014, to read as follows:

IV. REPEALING CLAUSE
‘Any order, rule or regulation contrary or inconsistent with this
order or any of its provision are hereby repealed or amended
accordingly.
Vv. EFFECTIVITY
This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in
the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
