Mayor and Council :

Please accept this letter as my official notice of intent to resign my position of City
Manager effective February 16, 2018. The notice complies with the contractual
requirement in the Professional Services and Employment Agreement between me and
the City of Copperas Cove approved on November 1, 2016 . Thus, my last day of
employment with the City will be February 16, 2018 .

It has been a pleasure to work with the City of Copperas Cove for the past twelve years .
