This is my hourly charge £15 per hour

Premium Business Package Price – Regular Service

Communication

Communication is needed throughout the entire process of getting the job done. The Client and Triangle
Desk can communicate by Skype (with/without webcam), phone and email. All calls must be made
during the hours 10.00AM – 3.00 PM.

Agreement/Contract

A signed Service Agreement is required prior to establishing a business relationship. The Agreement
outlines all details so there is no confusion as to what is expected by both parties.

Errors

Review and approval is the responsibility of the Client. The Client shall proof all materials prior to
acceptance of the delivered work. The Client must report any errors within twenty-four (24) hours of
delivery, or work will be considered accepted. All errors reported within twenty-four (24) hours will be
corrected at no additional charge. Additional fees may apply if reported after twenty-four (24) hours.
Estimate vs. Actual Costs

If for some reason the anticipated project will take more time than expected Triangle Desk will notify
the Client. The hourly rate may take place after the selected package price or a new package price may
be needed for the following month for job completion. When this happens, it is important for the Client
and Triangle Desk to have full collaboration to see what will be cost and time efficient on both ends.

Payment

Methods of payment :
• Cash
• Personal/Business cheques
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal – Credit/Debit payments

All invoices will be sent via email. To pay invoices through PayPal simply click on the link included with
the invoice.

Invoices must be paid in full before completed work is sent to the Client. Invoices for the following
month will be sent out on the 27th of each month and payments are due upon receipt.

If the Client has a package price and it has been paid for the month, all work will be sent out upon
completion. When package hours are depleted, clients have the option of purchasing additional hours or
stopping services until the next billing period.

Quotes

I will provide a quote on projects that will be good for 30 days only.

Other Terms

• All fees for services performed are billed by hours and tracked. Detailed time records are
available on request.
• Outstanding invoices will result in loss of service until payment is paid in full.
• Hours that are not used within the month do not carry over but with the Premium Business
Package, 20% of the hours not used will carry over to the next month and requires one (1)
months notice of cancellation.
• Actual service hours which exceed a clients package hours will be invoiced at the regular hourly
rate unless a new package price would work best for the Client. This will be discussed by
Triangle Desk and the Client.

• scan documents including letters and photographs
• special printing
• different paper or envelopes
• copies
• USB

All additional fees will be itemized on the invoice.
