Spot checks on the soil bearing capacity has been done yet no extensive geotechnical engineering
has been done to ascertain the overall bearing strength of land in question since that will involve
some amount of expenses,

The foundation assumed in the pricing component is standard foundation for the type of the soil
bearing capacity anticipated in our preliminary test.

An extensive geotechnical engineering will be carried out to ascertain the overall bearing strength
of land, and other relevant data that will affect the structural integrity of foundation.

Topography

The architect assumed a zero level (flat) in the design of all the facilities. This is not reality on
ground since topography of land and surrounding infrastructure will not permit this basic
assumption. However, in preliminary pricing, we have assumed the worst case scenario.

Structural

No detailed structural analysis has been carried to determine the type of structural configuration.
However, the contractor has assumed all options; steel, concrete and composite in pricing.
Nonetheless, there can always be surprises, hence the design contingency.
