Pupils are asked with questions like:

i) What can you see in this picture?
ii) What are the shape you can find in this picture? Name it.
iii) Which shape do you like the most? Why?

Activity 1: Introduction
1. Pupils are encouraged to name and describe other shape that they can find in
the classroom.
2. Teacher asks:
i) Can we describe the colour of the shape?
Activity 2: Writing sentences
1. Pupils are given sentence stems to describe the shapes and colours.
2. For example:

This is a triangle.
The triangle is purple in colour.
