Organizational Performance

1. Delery (1998) indicates the (1) satisfaction of the external members of the non-profit
organization and the (2) quality of services as measures of OP.
2. Brown (2005) examines the perceived performance and refers to the (1) benefit to
customers from services received, (2) service quality, and (3) customer satisfaction as
measures of OP.
3. Nobbie and Brudney (2003)
This section of the questionnaire asks you to provide information about performance in your
Organization.
Performance may be thought of as the extent to which the organization achieves its corporate
objectives as reflected in indicators or measures.
