Loving Father, we are gathered here today, to have fun and fellowship, and to celebrate and give thanks to the
blessing that we received in 2017; that we may share in the song of the angels, the gladness of the shepherds,
and worship of the wise men.
Close the door of hate and open the door of love in every one of us. Let kindness come with every gift and good
desires with every greeting. Deliver us from evil by the blessing which Christ brings, and teach us to be merry with
clear hearts.
Lord God, Your bounty and provision is everlasting. We thank the food that is on our banquet table. Bless them that
they may bring nourishment to our body and to our soul. Give us also your boundless blessings to our family,
friends and everyone all over of the world.

ADRIAN: Welcome to ERH’s Back-to-School Employees’ Annual Party 2018! We shall be your hosts for today. My
name is Adrian.
RACHE: and I am Rache. Adrian, doesn’t everyone look absolutely cute and adorable?
ADRIAN: Yes. Parang flashback lang tayong lahat when we were all still in grade school.
RACHE: I agree with you, partner, everybody really came looking their absolute best grade school self. To formally
start our program, let us ll welcome or beloved Hotel Manager, Mr. Jun Justo.

(Sir JJ makes his speech. Adrian can prepare for the Supervisors’ Number)

RACHE: Thank you Sir JJ. Our 2017 hired and promoted supervisors have prepared something special to start the
celebration. Let us all welcome – Richard, Rich, Sarah, Mae, Ryan, Gelo and my co-host for today - Adrian.

4:10pm RACHE: Wow, great dance number by own newly hired and promoted supervisors. May talent palang tinatago mga
supervisors natin. Actually, Ikaw and nagdala ng number nay un, Adrian.
ADRIAN: Di naman, pumangalawa lang ako kay Richard.
RACHE: Every year we usually have a presentation from our new managers as well but since wala naman tayong
new managers, our practicumers have prepared a special number for us.
ADRIAN: Yes, so aabangan natin mamaya yan.

4:15pm RACHE: It is not time to introduce our performers tonight.

ADRIAN: Once I call your group name, please come up the stage. This shall also serve as the judging portion for the
Best in Group Costume Award as well as our Little Miss and Little Master ERH.
RACHE: So strut what you’ve got!
ADRIAN: 1st Group – please welcome, the Sales & Marketing and Housekeeping Department

 ADRIAN: 3rd Group, please welcome, the Front Office, Engineering and Executive Office

RACHE: Our 4th and last group to perform is the F&B Service and Finance Team
(F&B Service and Finance up in stage)

ADRIAN: Our judges will decide on the group with the best looking and most put-together costume for the group.
RACHE: The winning group shall win Php3,000 in cash!

4:25pm ADRIAN: Rache, parang and hirap pala pumili ng winning group because lahat talagang nag-effort.
RACHE: Oo nga. Buti na lang I am not one of the judges tonight. Kasi aside from the Best in Group Costume and
the Little Miss and Little Master ERH, the judges shall be up for a bigger challenge because they have to choose the
Best Group Presentation.
RACHE: Since we are already in that topic. Let us discuss the mechanics for the presentation. The departments
were group together and this morning, the department heads drew lots to determine the order of presentation and
the results are as follows:
ADRIAN:
1st Group to Perform Sales & Marketing and Housekeeping

2 Group to Perform F&B Kitchen and Human Resources

3 Group to Perform Front Office, Engineering and Executive Office
4th Group to Perform F&B Service and Finance
RACHE: Each group shall consist of 8-12 performers. Performance time shall have a maximum of 4.5 minutes. Total
number of minutes allotted per group shall be 7 minutes only – this includes ingress and egress.
ADRIAN: Should a group exceed the total allotted time of 7 minutes, they shall be deducted 1 point from their total
combined scores for every minute or a fraction thereof.
ADRIAN: Our judges shall rate the performances based on the following criteria:
Costume, Stage Set-up & Props 20%
Creativity & Originality 30%
Overall Performance / Wow Factor 40%
Audience Impact 10%

 RACHE: Our panel of judges will surely have a difficult time kasi lahat ng teams talagang pinaghandaan, pinaganda
and pinaghirapan ang performances nila. So Adrian, who has been tasked with these very difficult decisions?
