Kroger Meal Deals – Sept. 5th Items in red are staples that were stockpiled from previous sales, either at
Publix or Kroger. If you do not have them, a Walmart shopping list is provided as the Great Value brand is typically
cheaper if you do not have a coupo;, however you may find the supermarket brand just as cheap as the Walmart price and
you can save yourself from going to three different stores. Blue items indicate a current sale at Publix that began earlier in
the week and will end on either Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your area.

Estimated total (on the high side) for all 7 dinners is less than $45-$50 which actually
includes a few nights with dessert!
(Remember, you actually probably already have a lot of these items, especially the items in red and may have purchased
them in prior weeks at a much better deal than listed on today’s list, so your weekly total would be much less for the cost
of all seven dinners.)
If you are omitting a meal or item from above, simply look for the corresponding meal number below and cross it off with
a dark marker so that you do not accidentally purchase something you do not need. Feel free to change side dishes around
to meet your own personal preferences and remember to cross out those items as well)
