(4) Regulation and licensing of biomass production,
transport and distribution.
(5) Regulation and licensing of biogas systems.
(6) Regulation and licensing of charcoal production,
transportation and distribution
(7) Customize national codes for energy efficiency and
conservation in building to local conditions.
3. County operations and development
(1) Electricity and gas reticulation.
(2) Provide and maintain adequate street lighting.
(3) Provision of designated parking for petroleum
tankers.
(4) Implementation of county electrification projects.
(5) Undertake feasibility studies and maintain data
within a view to avail the same to developers of
energy resources and infrastructure.
