ETHICAL PRINCIPLES OF RESEARCH

1. RELEVANCE- the quality of the research that conforms with the topic being conveyed
or state of being closely connected or appropriate to the main idea that the research aims
to disclose.
2. OBJECTIVITY-the state or quality of being true even outside a subject's individual
biases, interpretations, feelings, and imaginings. Research aims the clearness of ideas.
Researches should remain distanced from what they study so findings depend on the
nature of what studied rather than on the personality, beliefs and values of the researcher.
3. TIMELINESS-the fact conveyed by the research or quality of being done or occurring at
a favorable or useful time.
4. UNDERSTANDABILITY-the concept that research should be presented so that a reader
can easily comprehend it
5. NUETRALITY-the research must present information that are free from bias.
