ANTE NUPTIAL AGREEMENT

Know All Men By These Presents:

This ante nuptial agreement made and entered into by and between DAN BRYAN
SIAPNO AQUINO, hereinafter referred to as the future groom and MYRJEAN SORIANO
TORRES, hereinafter referred to as the future bride, both of legal age, American citizens and
residents of ___________________________, California, U.S. A., is subject to the following
terms and conditions, as follows:

1. That the future groom personally knows and hereby admits that his future bride was
able to acquire real and personal properties out of her own earnings;

2. That should the parties wedding or marriage be held, the future groom expressly
commits and binds himself that his future bride’s properties acquired by her before
their wedding or marriage shall be owned exclusively and separately by his future
bride; and

3. That the future groom agrees and binds himself that he will not share in any capacity
or interfere in the disposition in any manner, which her future bride would do or
undertake as she pleases anent the said properties stated above.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures, this _____ day of
