Louisville, Kentucky and has hired Bill Mabry to lead the initiative. This addition expands both the

Mabry, formerly a partner with Frost Brown Todd, has dedicated his career to healthcare law,
representing healthcare facilities and providers across the United States and in England, including
hospitals, physicians, home healthcare agencies, as well as nursing homes, provider sponsored
organizations, teaching institutions, diagnostic centers and ambulatory centers. His experience includes
facilities acquisitions, mergers, physician contracts, medical building leases, developing compliance
plans, regulatory matters, coding, fraud and abuse, HIPAA and EMTALA. Mabry also consults on
medical staff issues, antitrust matters, adverse actions and fair hearings, and has appeared on these issues
in state and federal courts. He has conducted investigations into patient care issues and False Claims Act
Investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington DC and in Kentucky.
