GROSS Model
In order to make sure the packing accuracy and improve the working efficiency, the C750 controller will provide 3 filling speeds
(Fast, Middle and dribble), additional, you can setup the preact value for the suspending material while the valve is cutoff.
The C750 will discharge material which is in the weighing hopper while the following conditions reaches:
• Weight in the hopper reaches the target.
• Bag ready signal
After feeding each bag, the controller will count this transaction to the internal register for statistic purpose.
The C710 will act accordingly based on the feedback from the material position sensor .

NET Model
Compared with the GROSS model, this application eliminate the buffer hopper, the bag is directly connect to the weighing hopper,
so the controller will control the valve to start filling while receiving the signal of the bag ready, the material will directly go to the
bag and the controller will release the finished bag after statistic.
The initial tare, every time tare and cycle tare is setup in the configuring model.

Compared with the NET model, this application eliminates the buffer hopper, the bag is directly connect to the weighting hopper ,
so the controller will control the valve to start filling while receiving the signal of the bag ready, the material will directly go to the
bag and the controller will release the finished bag after statistic, after discharging, the controller will output a signal to indicate the
filling is completed.

VACUUM Model
Compared with the NTE model, this application eliminate the buffer hopper, the bag is directly connect to the weighting hopper, so
the controller will control the valve to start filling while receiving the signal of the bag ready, the material will directly go to the bag
and the controller will start to vacuum and other actions.
After discharging, the controller will give out a bag-hand down and vacuum tube down signal, and then start to vacuumize the
packing, neatening, hot-seal the bag actions.
The initial tare, every time tare and cycle tare is setup in the configuring model.
