Hello Parents;

This message is being relayed to students as well, but for those who don’t know who we
are, we are Ms. Imray, Ms. Banman, and Mr. Pienaar, the VIU Student Teachers completing
their practicum in your child’s STEM classroom. We are emailing to remind students and
parents about late assignments. If you are receiving this message, it means that your child has
not yet handed in their Water Cycle Diagram. The instructions are as follows:

1) Draw a diagram of the water cycle

2) Represent all 5 steps of the water cycle
3) Label all 5 steps of the water cycle
4) On your diagram, write a description of the 5 steps from the information on your worksheet
and fishbone

Also not handed in is the Google Maps Canadian Tour Chart.

These assignments are intended to be study tools for the STEM test on December
12/17, and so they will need to be marked and handed back to students. They need to be
completed and handed in at the beginning of the class on Friday December 8/17, as this is the
last day the student teachers are at Dover Bay.

If you have any questions, you can check Google Classroom for instructions. If that
doesn’t answer your questions, you can email Mr. Wei, or your child can talk to the us in class
time tomorrow (Friday December 8/17).
