1. Explaining how seniors can benefit from treatment just as much as the average person – and
they are the most common individuals that have pain or chronic pain
2. Providing seniors with accessible care (mobile and in clinic services)
3. Treating patients using gentle mobilizations and manipulations, utilizing other techniques (ie
activator or Thompson, using adjunct therapies ie. taping)

In Clinic – Initial = $85 Subsquent = $45, Extremity only = $35, Extended = $65

Demographics - Demographics - With a population of 12, 200 living in 5,547 dwellings, varsity has
seen an 1.5% increase from it's population in 2012. It's population is made of 23% immigrants, and
45% families with children under the age of 18. There are 4 elderly or assisted living homes in in the
area. The median income for the area is $62,000
Traffic Flow - None
Parking - Permit required for street parking near the C-train line and areas near the university.
Otherwise no issues
Taxes - Current property tax in Calgary - 0.0065008%
Insurance – Approx. $750 / month
