zone. During the stop, patrol detected the odor of consumed alcohol coming from
the listed subject. A series of field sobriety tests were administered in which
Latulippe failed. Latulippe was placed under arrest and brought to Potsdam Police
Department for processing where it was determined that his BAC was .13%.
