TICKET GUIDELINES
PRIORITY Ticket Holders in line by the Check­In Deadline will be the first 1iota Ticket Holders admitted. This refers only to admission, not seating. 

PRIORITY Ticket Guidelines:

If you arrive after the Check­in Deadline, you will be admitted on a first­come, first served basis with the GENERAL Ticket Holders until capacity is reached. Consult an Audience Coordinator upon arrival if you have any
questions.
Present your 1iota PRIORITY E­Ticket to an Audience Coordinator upon arrival.
The 1iota member who reserved the tickets must be present at check­in and attend the event because we do not allow ticket transfers.
Your entire party must be present with photo ID at the time of check­in. No "saving spots."
Dedicated PRIORITY check­in line (when available).

2:15pm ­ Check­in Opens  Cell phones are allowed, but must be turned off upon entry to the studio. No camera, backpacks, large shopping
3:00pm ­ Priority check­in begins  bags, recording devices, digital equipment, sharp objects of any kind, mace, spray bottles, promotional items, books
3:30pm ­ Priority check­in closes/General check­in begins  or food will be allowed in the studio. Please leave these items in your car. If you bring these or any similar items, you

CHECK­IN 
Your ENTIRE PARTY must be present at the check­in time as you will NOT be able to save space for your guest(s). If
the name listed on the ticket does not match the ID presented by the ticket holder the tickets will not be valid.

PARKING 
Our audience members may use the Hollywood & Highland Complex paid underground parking structure. The
entrance is off Johnny Grant Way and Highland Ave. We will validate your parking ticket at the end of the show
(parking is $2.00 for up to 4 hours with validation). We do NOT validate for any other parking structures or lots in the
area.
