did knowingly and willfully combine, conspire,confederate, and agree with each other to

commitan offense againstthe United States,thatis,to knowingly stealan objectofcultural

heritage,thatis,aseventeenth century gold bar,from the care,custody,and controlofamuseum ,

thatis,the M e1FisherM aritim e Hedtage M useum ,in Key W est,Florida,in violation ofTitle 18,

UnitedStatesCode,Section 668(b)(1).

JARRED ALEX ANDER GOLDM AN to unlawfully enrich them selves by stealing a valuable

one of the co-conspirators com m itted or caused to be com m itted,in the Southern District of

Florida,and elsewhere,atleastone ofthe following overtacts,am ong others:

On or about A ugust 18, 2010, at the M el Fisher M aritim e H eritage M useum ,

JA RR ED A LE XA ND ER G O LD M A N stood guard as a lookout to enable R ICH AR D

STEV EN JO H NSO N to steala gold bar.

seventeenth century gold barfrom itsdisplay caseattheM elFisherM aritim eHeritageM useum .
