1.INTRODUCTION
1.1 Introduction of Project
My project is based on Student Information management system. It provides efficient
way of information about student events of School ,Result of the exams, attendance of
the student ,parents teacher meeting information efficient way to store information of
Students.
A StudentInformation Management System is a large database system which can be
used for managing school's daily work.
Web base of Student Information management System is increased performance of
storing student information online.

1.2 Introduction of Organization

P .T ./ Budhgaon is a upper Primary with secondary school in Awarded/
Budhgaon village of Chopda the former cabinet minister for school education, It was
established in the year 1970 and the school management is Pvt. Aided. It’s a Marathi Medium
–Co-educational school .Student Information System is a complete interactive portal for
students. It is designed especially for School Students,School teaching Staff.
Students all record is maintain manually by the Teacher and student was not able to saw their
information ,attendance record and if the student is absent so they not able to see any news
about School or any upcoming Event which is organized by the School.

2. NEED OF SYSTEAM
2.1. Need of Proposed System:-
1. Students and School performed all transaction manually;to perform all
transaction online web base is required for Students and school.
2. To save the time in store information of student as well as school information .
3. It maintain the all records such asstudents information, attendance ,Exam
result,course information, parent teachers info, upcoming eventns.
4. In Manual system School not maintain the record of student,to maintain
records of student web base student system is necessary.
5. Student information maintains student record.
3.SYSTEM STUDY ANALYSIS
3.1 Existing System
 For stored information of the student their manual system was exit in school .
 Student was physically saw the notice.
 They are not able to Know about their attendance and record.
 If the student was absent they don’t k now about any news or events.
3.2 Drawback or Limitation of existing system
 Student was not able to saw their information and school notice or events online.
 Teacher could not maintain the students information and attendance or any
information online.
 Students had to checked notice every day.
 All record maintain manually.

3.3 Objective of Proposed System

 This System use for give the information about students and activitis.
 It is designed for better interaction between student ,teachers , parents and
management.
 - Help parents to follow up to his son's performance in school.
 To see student information ,Schedule,cources and Exam result as an easy way to
allow all participants to communicate,collaborate,and manage activities from
anywhere in world.
3.4 Scope of Proposed System
A)Scope for Students in system:-
Students easily registered their information and change information as per their requirement.
Students are access all information about students and events of School.
They can access the information about course,their information ,attendance ,exam result.
B)Scope for Teacher in System:-
Teacher can access all information from student Sand provides membership of School.
They can change all information in database ,provides notice ,exam result to students.

3.5 Limitation of Proposed system

No functionality for sending mails to students.
 4. FEASIBILITY STUDY
4.1 Information gathering:-
Feasibility study is an important phase of system development life cycle,when the system is
reviewed and evaluated to determine the feasibility of system.The system was reviewed
considering three feasibility study.
1.Economical Feasibility
In economic feasibility we study the desired web site economically
beneficial or not..The costs must include both onetime costs and recurring costs.
We study about website which cover global customer or not.In this study we find out
desired website is beneficial for organization.
2.Technical feasibility:-
The firm has to purchase a Pentium machine. The computer must be running.Window XP As
the hardware and software needed for designing and implementation of the system is
alredyavailable,the system is technical feasible.

3.Behavioral Feasibility Study:-

There are two aspects to operational feasibility one aspects is that of technical performation
and other is acceptance.Technical performation determines wether system is provide correct
and acceptance-involved user’s acceptance to computerized system.

A)Analysis:-
We analyze all gathered information and provide solution on problem and specify
opportunities which can ours in development time .Analyze the required resources for
development of project.

B)Design:-
After the analysis we develop coneceptual design of website.Design of Data of flow
Diagrams,Entity Relationship Diagrams ,Database Design and forms Designs will develop.In
designing phase some money required for purchase stationary.

C)Testing:-
Testing of website perform coding like validation and verification testing .Different testing
like white box testing and black box testing for the testing of system.

5.2 INTRODUCTION OF Technology (About frontend):-

PHP is an HTML embedded scripting language. Much of its syntax is borrowed from,
c++,java with a couple of unique PHP specific feature thrown in the goal of the language is to
allow web development to write dynamically generated pages quickly.

Why is use PHP?

PHP stand for Hypertext preprocessor.
PHP is server side scripting language like Asp.
PHP scripting is executed on the server.
Allow creation of shopping create large website.
PHP is open source software.
PHP is free to download and easy to use.
5.3 Introduction of Database
MYSQL is a database server.
MYSQL is ideal for both small and large application.
MYSQL supports standard SQL.
MYSQL complies on number of platforms.
MYSQL is free to download and use.

2. Staff module-They have access and can edit information regarding their
respective Classes and students.
3. Students-:Can view academic Shedule . Students are access all information
about students and events of School.
