6. The human being requires the required servings of food recommended so molecules can have enough energy to support
homeostasis without having the body gain extra fat.
7. Nucleic acid helps metabolize food in order to convert the nutrients acquired from food into energy to maintain homeostasis.
8. The food journal helped me realize which servings I am consuming too much of and which ones im consuming too little of to help
my body keep a balanced diet, and keep it healthy. I was mostly satisfied with my diet but the food journal made me realize i need to
eat less servings of sweet things.
