Part Time Sales Lead Manger

Duties, Accomplishments, and Related Skills:
I was hired on as a style specialist and within the first two months I was promoted
to a temporary part time manager. I proved to my employers that I was fit for the
position in a permanent capacity and have continued in that placement. While my
general store manager was out on maternity leave I took on the opportunity to
transition to a full-time manager with additional hours and responsibilities. I did
this while going to school full time and going into schools for methods hours. It
was an amazing learning experience and taught me a lot about my own abilities
and perseverance. Throughout my time as a manager I have supervised the initial
training and continual coaching of my employees to create a result driven
environment. I have created a fun and positive atmosphere while still upholding
high expectations.
