We at Aakar Geomatrix right from the beginning, making it one of India's and UAE's most
respected Interior Fit out Company.
It has been a journey full of challenges and learning for us. The Company also scripted our path of
growth - as an individual, and as a corporate leader.
It all began in Mumbai ( India ) nearly 10 years ago. Over the years, much has changed for better. As
off Today Aakar Geomatrix as a company has its presence in all major cities of India and have
further started operations in UAE.

Company Founder Information

Mr. Pravin D. Bachhav is a first class graduate Civil Engineer, worked as project
manager in various reputed contracting firms and MNC’s. Having wide Experience
of more than 16 Years.

After having good experience in the field of project Management, Execution,


Finance & Commercial he has started his own organization. His role as
Managing Director is to co-ordinate with Architects, vendors and the project
team to understand the companies need and evolve methods for successful
implementation, quality control and project management and to improve the
effective communication skills of the project team for better co-ordination and
successful completion of the projects. Also looking into companies financial and
commercial requirements, Market analysis and complete growth of company.
Principal Architect

Mr. Gautam M. Bhurke is a graduate Architect from Rachana Sansad’s Academy of


Architecture, Mumbai. He has been working on various Architectural & Commercial
Interior projects for past 15 years.

Having thorough knowledge of the aspects of designing involved in commercial


interiors & eye for detailing. His role as Principal Architect is to do the Designing,
Detailing, Preparing BOQ, Project Management & coordinating with the contractors
to complete projects in stipulated time period. Also looking into research &
development of current market trends, latest materials & technology to ensure
continuous growth of company.
Leading Showstoppers Of The Company

Mr. Pradeep D Bachhav, a Civil Engineer in the capacity of


Director - Projects Execution having wide experience of field more than 14 Years. He
believes in the fact that profits are not realized by sales but by purchases. This allows
the organization to offer the best competitive prices to the clients for the products
they purchase, without any compromise on the quality and the brand. The role of
Pradeep is the Practical Execution of Projects co-ordinate is the Practical
Execution of Projects co-ordinate with vendors, Architects, E & M consultants and
the project team to evaluate the products.

Mr. Mahesh R. Waingankar, a commerce graduate in the capacity of


Manager - Procurement and Accounts worked as a Manager Accounts under the
name of “Aakar Associates”. The role of Mahesh is to co-ordinate with vendors,
Architects, E & M consultants and the project team to evaluate the products and
pricing. He is responsible for Funds Allocation, with a cool head for
Administrative and HR related issues. He has proved himself by dedication
and ability to shoulder any responsibility entrusted to him.

Mr. Nirav C Patel, a Civil Engineer in the capacity of


Manager-Projects Execution having wide experience of field more than 06 Years.

project on all fronts so that client get each and every update 24x7 as far as project
activity and costing concerns.

Safety

Safety is our primary concern. We guide all the working teams and the
supervisors on all safety aspects. This is based on the guidelines for
construction safety drafted in OSHA and the experience gained working with
various MNCs under the guidance of safety experts of each organization. We also
engage safety consultants to oversee the safety aspects by way of spot
inspections to check whether the guidelines are followed or not.

The teams are encouraged to use safety helmets, gloves, shoes, belts depending
on the nature of work. All hot works such as welding and brazing are not allowed
without fire extinguishers,
Gloves and cover for eyes.
First aid techniques are taught to team leaders and all sites carry first aid boxes.
Quality Control

Our organization exercises strict measures for quality control. It is a self imposed
motivation to improve the quality. Each and every division generates quality
control reports be it a shop drawing or an item procured from the market or a
working method or the communication system. The goal is to ensure that
mistakes are not repeated in the first place and then steps are evaluated
to improve every system.

The management makes all efforts to make the team members aware of the
benefits of good quality control and improving the same time to time.

We have one interesting method of improving our own quality. Members from
the non-participating teams are designated as “Fault finders.”

Their role is to inspect the other sites and find just the faults. Incentives are
awarded for investigating faults or items of poor quality to ensure that the role is
effective. The corrective steps are taken to ensure a better product for the Client
Project Planning
Once the job is awarded, planning is assigned to the design team for
design evaluation and drawing development and estimation of materials.
The Project management team works on the time schedules, procurement

schedules and the manpower needs.

After a co-ordinate effort between these two teams, the procurement


department gets all desired instructions on the procurement schedule and
the cost targets.
The administration team works on the cash flow, insurance process and
the team is prepared for execution.

Final testing process, as-built documentation is coordinated by the design


team to ensure end results and handing over.
The service team organizes all quality checks during the execution and
final handing over process thus is achieved in a professional manner.
Site Management
The site management team takes inputs from the design team and the project
management team and prepares for the execution.
The team first analyses the drawings, time schedules and evaluates the team
requirements.
Each site team is provided with stores for material, necessary tools & tackles,
communication equipment depending on the scale of the project.
The principle role of site management team is to coordinate with project team and
fellow contractors to ensure smooth execution of the project. While the team
prepares its targets for timely execution, it also ensures that the prerequisites are
achieved by the fellow agencies by way of constant interaction and co-ordination.
Reports are circulated by the site team to the Project management team on the
progress updates, procurement team on the stock requirements and the project is
administered based on this communication cycle.

After Sales Service
The organization believes in long term relations. The after sales service is as
important as a good quality execution. The team conducts preventive
maintenance on the systems installed at regular intervals to ensure
smooth operation. The frequency depends on the nature of the project and
usage.
The service team is entrusted with the responsibility of preliminary checks
during the execution stage, as the responsibility of after sales services lies with
them.
The team co-ordinates with the end users at regular intervals to check the
working conditions feed back on the response of the service personnel and
evolve methods to improve the existing operations. Service teams are
trained on the safety aspects of working.

TRAINING & MOTIVATION


The organization believes in strong and qualified work force. It offers training to
all employees on new technologies and working guidelines is it for improving
the quality or safety. All important working aspects are captured on Video clips
and are circulated to new members.
