 Unconditional Love Initiation
What is LOVE?

Have you seen a young bird just starting to fly? At first it opens its wings...
the wing is the mediator between the material stuff and the air.
You are human. Your arm is your wing.
First you must be able to embrace,
then you are able to fly.

LOVE is UNCONDITIONAL LOVE – 'love' is what people mean when they say 'LOVE', but what actually is not LOVE at all.
That is why I call it 'false, misunderstood love', or 'human love'. But also humans can learn how to LOVE - actually it is very
easy to LOVE. Only, humans do not know LOVE anymore. They have completely forgotten it, and that is part of their
entanglement with the deep abyss and the cause of all their fears, of desease, suffering, pain, of all the misfortune of our
world...

The fact that MEN have forgotten LOVE, can easily be seen by the definitions if a lexicon (Brockhaus Lexicon 1987). There
you find under 'love' the following types: 'love for other people' (sexual love, love for relatives, love for parents, siblings and
children); love without a conscious sexual accent, based on understanding and affection = sympathy (for the clan, the nation,
to humanity); the love for objects and values (concerning religion, this means love to God).
This can only be written by someone who has no relation to GOD at all, because it reduces GOD to an object.
This can only be written by someone who does not know TRUE LOVE = UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, because……

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE IS ONE,

inseparable, indivisible!

But our lexica reflect the general consent, the essence of the generally accepted definitions of the words of our language!
And thus the definition of love does not surprise at all, because:

The love that humans know is for the most part dependence and fear - the fear to lose someone, the fear of being alone, the
fear of not being considered desirable..., and so you cling to your family, your friends and your partner to keep them close to
you and make yourself dependent on them, and you try to make them dependent on you.
Sometimes love is a way to control others - family, friends and partners are controlled to know all about their affairs and bind
them to you.
Sometimes love is a kind of deal: I give you my affection, and in return I expect you to be faithful, to guarantee a certain
standard of living so that my girlfriends envy me, to manage all those duties I have no interest in (papers, finances, taxes).
And from the children I have raised, having sacrificed the best years of my life for them, I expect at least that they care about
me and visit me regularly when I am old. I expect them to clean my windows and do other household chores, because they
owe that to me...

Could possibly 'being in love' be closer to LOVE? This 'intoxication of heart', this extasy with all the ups and downs, with
hoping, doubting, fearing and jubilating? Hardly so! Only a mother's love is the closest feeling possible, because a mother
loves her children, no matter what they do or how they turn out, at least often so.

It is important to make this exact distinction between Love and LOVE, because only when the differences are clear, we can
start to approach LOVE. The uncertainty and unclearness, the vagueness of the borderlines, are the cause of our lack - and
each lack within us is a lack of LOVE!

LOVE is not just a feeling, it is that, too, but it is much more than that, it is the Highest POWER of the universe, with the
highest vibrations of all, bearing unlimited POWER.
 LOVE is unlimited POWER, impossible to misuse,
because it does not know misuse, it LOVES,
and can never harm anyone.
It knows no fear.
no doubt.

LOVE does not know fear at all, has not the least doubt. LOVE does not cling to anything or anybody, but accepts everyone
and everything UNCONDITIONALLY and lets everyone and everything go UNCONDITIONALLY.

LOVE is not confined on a certain person or a certain group of people. It actually is not really a feeling, the way we know
feelings. It is a STATE OF BEING. It is not 'unpersonal', but stands above any 'personalization': When you LOVE
UNCONDITIONALLY, you cannot LOVE just one certain person, but you LOVE everybody and everything. Either you LOVE
or you do not LOVE. There is no in-between. You even LOVE all those that others despise, the outcasts, the 'criminals', the
'enemies', those of a different nationalities you did not trust before. And you realize that there are no enemies anymore...

You even LOVE the stones, the plants, the animals, the mosquitos, the spiders, the worms - you LOVE Earth herself, other
planets, the sun, terrestrials and aliens, even darkness.
You feel yourself being a part of everything, of ALL, you realize that CREATION is ONE and that you are a part of it, part of
UNIVERSAL LOVE.

LOVE is neither lukewarm, nor cool – your heart is glowing! Yet the blaze of your heart is not a consuming fire, but a
harmonizing, equalizing, HEALING power - it is not exclusive, but all-embracing – it will never be disappointed because it has
no expectations – knows neither pain nor suffering.

LOVE is PURE and WHOLE, it never divides or discerns, never judges or evaluates, expects nothing and asks for nothing -
IT IS.

LOVE is extremely CLEARING and HEALING, it makes WHOLE = HOLY. When you LOVE, your problems will disappear by
and by, whether they are physical, psychical or mental problems, whether they are problems you have with other people or
problems you have with yourself: LOVE can do that, because it is BASIC POWER OF CREATION.

LOVE changes you and the way you look at Life and the World. You will notice that anything disharmonic will disappear from
your life. The people's attitude towards you will change to the better and eventually you will meet only lovable, loving and
sympathetic people.

When you are in LOVE you have the support of the POWERS OF LIGHT. You are completely protected. Nothing can happen
to you, no accident, no harm, no bad word, no theft. when you are driving while being in LOVE, you will discover driving in a
completely new way! Other people will not bother you anymore or make you angry, no fury is driving you, you are not able to
curse anybody! LOVE is the ULTIMATE COSMIC LAW OF CREATION - LOVE is eternal CHANGE, eternally new! LOVE is
the condition all Beings of Higher Planes are in, a State of Being we would call PARADISE - we think of as Utopia - but that
is wrong: LOVE is a realistic possibility for each man, each woman, so easy to reach - just as easy as the short way from
your mind to your heart. Only people do not know that. they have forgotten about LOVE.
Being in LOVE is what Jesus CHRIST once meant when He talked about the 'Kingdom of GOD on Earth' or 'The Realm of
Heaven'. By that He meant nothing else but being in LOVE - because then you really are in HIS KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.

Once we all had known this UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, but we had long forgotten it. In the course of innumerous generations
and under the influence of the dividing aim of darkness we had been separated from LOVE. And as our vibrations
decreased, the energy pollution within us increased. And by and by our chakras, clogged by heavy dark blockages, divided
into front and rear chakras, as described in the page "What our Chakras really are", and that became crucial for the downfall
of MEN.
Another reason why we were separated from LOVE was that MEN lost the knowledge about their TRUE HEART, the HEART
CHAKRA: now the physical Heart was regarded as the only heart, also as the HEART, where feelings were created. For the
most part of my life, I myself did not know that a HEART- CHAKRA exists, either! But the physical heart, the organ that
pumps the blood throughout our body, does not register feelings, it is but a muscle - and the other muscles within our body,
like the abdominal muscle and the biceps, do not FEEL feelings either! I remember to have read in one of Schiller's works
something about "the feelings within our chest", which had astonished me at that time, as I had feld feelings before, but not
within my heart. Where should they come from? But I pushed those thoughts aside - though remembering Schiller's word!
Maybe they could have led me to discover the TRUTH? Obviously I was not READY for it then... but Schiller must have
KNOWN!
And the loss of knowledge about the nonmaterial nature of our body caused further errors.

With the knowledge about our nonmaterial being we also lost the knowledge about the nature and the capabilities of our
HEARTS! By that we lost our WISDOM and GREATNESS, and besides, we were now open to attack, deception and
manipulation, as we were not able to tell TRUTH with our HEARTS anymore!

And while being separated from our HEARTS, we were also separated from GOD-FATHERMOTHER within our HEARTS -
GOD WHO LIVES in each of our HEARTS. We forgot about HIM being our most precious TREASURE of KNOWLEDGE -
instead we were given God, who punished and took revenge and gave us strict rules, just like the government and the
church, too, which deduced its legitimation from this God. The Church even declared its pope as the placekeeper of God on
earth and taught us under punishment of expulsion and banishment, with fire and sword, what to do or not do and how we
should live, until we not only forgot our HEARTS but also GOD...

Now the time has come where we rediscover our GREATEST TREASURES, rediscover GOD, our HEARTS and
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Now we are able to lift ourselves above the old restrictions, back to GODFATHERMOTHER - back
to LIGHT and LOVE!

Working with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, as I am teaching here, is not the same as LIGHTWORK, the WAY of INITIATIONS,
but in a certain way it IS the same, equally potent - complementing LIGHTWORK as its ALTER EGO - as we are the mirror of
GOD's working: HE IS GIVING and we are GIVING - and so we are in Cosmic Balance and in harmony with COSMIC LAW,
but more than that: instead of being subject to just receiving from HIM, we ourselves are GIVING, we are SELF-
RESPONSIBLE AND ACTIVE CO-CREATORS, now able to LIVE our GREATNESS. You could not imagine the BLAZING
JOY GOD FEELS with each individual - now advanced and with all the knowledge about darkness - finding back to LOVE!

LOVE is the Ultimate LAW of CREATION, that sprang from LOVE and LIGHT! When we LOVE, we are above POLARITY.
We are now in the Flow of COSMIC LAW, whose ultimate LAW is LOVE. Where there is LOVE, there is LIGHT as well: they
are inseparable. By making an own, simple DECISION (!) and with a very simple Movement of HEART = HEART-CHAKRA,
we have catapulted ourselves into HEAVEN. And by doing so, we always are walking in the LIGHT of GOD.

When you are working with your own LOVE, you will change in a completely different way than before - BECAUSE NOW
YOU ARE TAKING OVER YOU OWN SELF-RESPONSIBILITY: By your own DOING and your own GIVING.
Your own highest LOVE will eventually dissolve everything dark and heavy within you, even the darkest energies of the
deepest layers of your aura, to free you for good from bondage and weight. And by producing such LOVE, reaching your
own limitations and transcending them over and over again, widening your heart and your ability to LOVE more and more,
you will change yourself completely in the process, reaching unthought-of heights of LOVE and BLISS.
Your own capability to LOVE is the scale you are measured with!

"Love GOD with all your heart and soul and with all your strength.
This is the first and the greatest of all the commandments,
and the second is similar to it:
Love those next to you as well and as much as yourself.
There are no commandments that are greater than those..."

The Characteristics of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE:

x ACCEPTANCE (of ALL, with no exception!)

x ANGER ( = 'righteous anger', like Jesus clearing the Temple from the traders who were dishonoring GOD
with their business)
x BALANCE (being centered within the HEART)
x BEING WITHOUT JUDGEMENT ( = in the sense of: not judging other people)
x BOUNDLESSNESS (within and without)
x BROADMINDEDNESS (without limitations)
x BROTHERLINESS (regarding LIFE of any kind as BROTHERS and SISTERS)
x CLEANLINESS ( = within and without; PURETY)
x CLEVERNESS ( = active INTELLIGENCE + KNOWLEDGE + WISDOM)
x COMPASSION ( = IDENTIFICATION is the key to COMPASSION)
x COURAGE (of HEART) ( = daring in GOD without RISK)
x CREATIVITY ( = SEXUALITY in ACTION)
x DEPENDABILITY ( = boundless RELIABILITY)
x DEVOTION (to GOD, and in SERVICE TO HIM to ALL)

x FREEDOM ( the utmost inner WIDENESS, without inner and outer limitations)

x FREEDOM FROM EVALUATION OF OTHERS ( = in the sense of: not to evaluate other people)
x FREEDOM OF HEART ( = boundless FREEDOM, with no influence from any outside force)

YOUR HEART)
x FREEDOM FROM WANT and NEED ( = springing from deepest CERTAINTY of being cared for, out of
deepest TRUST to GOD)
x GENEROSITY ( = LIVING the LAW of GIVING AND TAKING in the utmost way, in HIGHEST JOY and
PLENTY, from the PLENTY of your HEART)
x GIVING ( = giving FREELY, GIVING YOUR PLENTY from your HEART)
x GOLDEN RULES (All of the Golden Rules are characteristics of LOVE)
x GRATEFULNESS ( = to GOD: for HIS Beauty, for LOVE, for LIFE, and you regard all the other people as HIS
Messengers)

x TRUST IN GOD ( = to give oneself into GOD'S HANDS and staying there in HIGHEST LOVE, with the
ABSOLUTE KNOWLEDGE of utter safety, security and absolute wellbeing)
x TRUTHFULNESS ( = LIVING TRUTH out of a LOVING HEART, LOVING TRUTH as a integral PART OF GOD)
x UNDERSTANDING ( = by your own KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE => that makes possible
IDENTIFICATION and COMPASSION)
x VERACITY ( = following the WAY of the HEART in unbendable STEADFASTNESS, with TRUTH as the
ultimate GOAL)
 x WILL-POWER ( = following your own wishes until they are fulfilled, finishing of all your projects, because
in your HEART you feel the inner urge to stay with a subject until it is done and to accomplish what you
begin)

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE leads to...

Perhaps you are surprised that the so-called 'Prussian Virtues' are listed among the characteristics of UNCONDITIONAL
LOVE, like discipline, firmness, punctuality, faithfulness, order and cleanliness. They are QUALITIES OF LOVE, but only if
LOVE is included. Firmness without LOVE is harshness or sharpness - order without LOVE is pedantry - discipline without
LOVE is pressure (see also here). The Prussian Kings have originally been initiates. More about Prussia and its virtues can

It is vital to differentiate between UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and human Love - yet men have always thought they were one
and the same, which was a vital error! And that has been and still is the cause for suffering and evil on Earth, and it is also
the reason that the teachings of Jesus CHRIST have been misunderstood and unfullfillable up to today: MEN did not realize
that Jesus was talking about a completely different type of love than they knew, so they thought that they were loving
already, while nonetheless His demands on them remained unfullfilled, leaving them frustrated and hopeless, thinking they
were too small to ever live up to Jesus... (see also here)

But when you are in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, you cannot help but fulfill all of Jesus' demands, because you have to live that
way! And so you need no ten commandments and no Golden Rules, because you could not help but LIVE them!

And no matter which religion you practice, which faith you follow, which spiritual rules you keep, whether you practive Yoga,
do Energywork, meditation or whatever else, all your knowledge will be of no avail to you, if you do not LIVE
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE - but when you do, you need no other techniques, no further knowledge at all!

Only UNCONDITIONAL LOVE encreases your vibrations more and more.

Only UNCONDITIONAL LOVE makes you develop the Mer-Ka-Ba.
Only UNCONDITIONAL LOVE makes you develop your LIGHTBODY.
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE IS THE SECRET OF ETERNAL YOUTH!
Only UNCONDITIONAL LOVE can conquer everything, even darkness!
Nothing is more POWER-ful than UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE can HEAL EVERYTHING,
CHANGE EVERYTHING - ourselves and everything around us!

Why is that so?

Because LOVE is NON-POLAR and has the highest vibrations, just as LIGHT!
The Cosmic LAW of HARMONY and BALANCE says:
'HARMONY is the flow of LIFE. Everything is aiming for harmony, for balance.
The STRONG controls the WEAK with the aim to equalize it.
LIFE is harmonious togetherness, is the GIVING and TAKING of elements and powers active in CREATION...'

STRONG is, what is swinging with high vibrations, WEAK is, what is swinging with low vibrations.
As there is nothing swinging higher than LOVE, than LIGHT, LIGHT and LOVE are the STRONGEST POWERS of all.
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE can achieve everything! And nothing in the world can stop UNCONDITIONAL LOVe
 LOVE is flooding the Universe

How to feel and produce LOVE (instructions)

It is the aim of your long journey through the incarnations on earth, to learn UNCONDITIONAL LOVE again, because this
way you can let go of all the burdens of human experiences and live in JOY and LOVE forever after. LOVE is the purpose
and destination of Mankind.

Actually everyone is able to learn UNCONDITIONAL LOVE without any instructions at all - and this is what we should have
done a long time ago: Many, many times, before entering your mother's womb for each of your past incarnations, you have
thought of chances and opportunities to learn UNCONDITIONAL LOVE in the incarnation to come, advised by wise and
LOVING Teachers of LIGHT; for all the terrible and painful experiences of your past, your misfortune, your defeats, your
ailments and your innumerous 'deaths' have awakened a deep longing for LOVE in your heart, a longing to learn it for good
this time - to finally end this torture by carmic force, the eternal births and eternal deaths once and for all...

What were those chances and opportunities? You may have decided, that you want to experience some of the following
situations (you probably chose several situations, so that there would not be just one chance, but a second and a third),
maybe...

x parents that prefer your brother and put you down;

x a sister who constantly teases you;
x a friend who takes advantage of your trust;
x a lover who causes you deepest sorrow;
x a beloved child that hates you and wants to do everything it's own way;
x a beloved and trusted business partner, who misuses your trust;
x a brother turned criminal who endangers your public reputation;
x a beloved nephew with drug addiction who is constantly asking you for money;
x a beloved husband or wife who deceives you and leaves you in debt, as a pauper...

For the casting of these sequences you asked other souls to help you realize your deepest wish. Those who consented were
those that LOVED you most - because their parts would demand to hurt to in your innermost heart, and only a soul who
LOVED you like that could be offering you this self-sacrifice! (By the way, other souls asked you to do likewise for them, and
you, too, agreed out of an equally deep LOVE).

Now you were born and the play of incarnation was enfolding again, and the sequences

followed as planned, and the actors were playing their parts according to the script, and so the pains and sorrows were
enfolding for you, because the people you loved most were doing you 'wrong'...

And what did YOU do? You followed your habits of former incarnations - business as usual: You cried and cried, feeling pity
for yourself, and finally developped a stubborn resistance. You became agressive, hated this person and everyone else and
closed your heart, even built thick walls around it, made of fear. And you decided never to see this person again, never to
love anymore, never to trust anymore, because people were mean and would disappoint you anyway. And you grew old,
bitter and hard, hateful, sick and lonely.
And when you were finally released by death, you realized that you had once again missed the chance of your life - to learn
to LOVE! Because you could have decided, as a result of a conscious process of thinking, to just keep on loving this person
who had hurt you so much, no matter what that person had done to you, accepting him the way he was, no matter what...
and then that painful situation would have ended, giving way to harmony, and your relation to this person and all the other
people in your life would have been harmonized, too, because you would have been in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE from then
on...

Yes, my dear brothers and sisters, it is that simple to find UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, and yet is has been the hardest thing of
the world for Men... it was TOO hard for them, so hard that GOD in HIS-HER unending LOVE has decided to show them still
another way, an even simpler way to enable them to ascend, together with Earth, overcoming darkness within themselves.

This is what I am offering you here! And now, after ages past, you can rediscover how LOVE feels, so that you may
remember and get used to it.

And this, too, is a very useful way to learn to LOVE. Actually, you are going the opposite way to the way mentioned above:
You are learning to know LOVE as a structured, consciously felt and used POWER, an energy with which you are able to
work and change your life and the world around you - and the whole world - completely. And also this way LOVE is enfolding
its MAGIC fully...

...and so you may, if you want to, finally ACCEPT those people you once had loved so dearly

and who have hurt you so much, with all your heart, FORGIVING them - no matter who they were and what they had done to
you...

When you learn to feel und work with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, you are producing LOVE yourself. By doing this, you regain

of your Heart-Chakra:
The heart-chakra is in the middle of our chest, directly underneath the breastbone or sternum, the bone in the upper part of
our chest, and underneath it there is a slight mold. Here the heart-chakra is opening, starting from the spine, to the front and
to the rear. Our subject is the heart-chakra in the front, which can produce feelings including UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. This
is what we call 'heart' in the meaning of emotions, feelings and inner quality, not the physical organ towards the left side,
which is pumping blood through the body.

x frequency vibrations, it is closing or constricting - the lower the frequency, the faster and stronger the constriction.
When there are high frequency vibrations, it is opening or expanding - the higher the frequency, the faster and
wider the expansion.
x It is an instrument to recognize and compare the qualities of all those energies we want to look at. It gives us a lot
of information about their character and source. You can also realize their qualities by feeling the mode of
constriction and expansion of the heart-chakra, as well as by 'seeing' their specific frequency, 'color', and
modulation, especially clear in comparison to other energies. Because of this ability you can actually regard the
heart-chakra as a very fine precision instrument and use it that way.
x Because of those abilities, our heart-chakra is able to recognize TRUTH!
x The heart-chakra is able to feel the feelings that are 'swinging' in it, so you can 'emotionally' feel the qualities of the
feelings, subjects or expressions, which you are consciously linking to (like LOVE, JOY, envy or fear).
x Besides, the heart-chakra has the ability to follow your thoughts and wishes at once: The vibrations that are
swinging in your heart, can thus be given a direction by way of your conscious mind.
x Our arms and hands are ruled by the heart-chakra, and the hands are directly connected to it. And whatever
energy is swinging in your heart-chakra, can be given on by your hands, because the palm-chakras are directly
linked to the heart-chakra, as the heart-chakra is dominating the arms and hands. And the energies our hands are
picking up are leaving us by way of our hearts through our feet. That is basic for Healing Help by laying your hands
onto yourself or somebody else - what we call energywork.
x In our heart-chakra we can connect very closely with GOD, by initiation. And when we ask for it in a prayer, we will
receive the LIGHT and LOVE of GOD to work with these Highest Energies.
x So our heart-chakra is truly a MIRACLE, because it is the link between us and GOD, our connection between
Heaven and Earth, and within our hearts GOD is living, the Holy TRINITY is living there, and there we can always
speak to HIM/HER and also to CHRIST.

Our heart-chakra is our WAY back to GOD.

 Activating your Heart-Chakra
I was given this KNOWLEDGE in September 2003, when my vibration were already very high and my chakras had regained
their actual spheric shape. At that time only very heavy, solid and dark energies were dissolving, which only the most intense
LOVE could achieve, and I had to work hard to do this.

There I was told that I should go into my HEART-chakra, but not only with my consciousness, meaning not only to think of
my HEART-chakra, but to actually go there spatially - be there! And being there, I should feel the most intense LOVE I was
able to, and keep it that way.

As I did this for the very first time, I felt the most solid energies immediately starting to move. The blockages and dammed
energies were dissolving with ease, yes, whole layers of energy left me all at once and went into LIGHT, including numerous
beings and souls within them (I assume that when the last blockage dissolves, there will be a being sitting there as well).

I found out, however, that I should not care at all about WHAT was leaving me, but direct my attention only to my presence
there, while being in LOVE.

The effect was holistic and could be felt within my whole body, because the HEART-chakra masters all other chakras and
with it the whole body.

I was very astonished and in deepest HUMILITY.

However, I needed some time to get used to it, but then it was easy and beautiful. Some days later, I had a peculiar
experience that I felt to be directly connected with this practice; for I had noticed at once that this practice was something
special and accelerated my development in some way.

This can be practiced by anybody who feels attracted to it. If you are used to it, you may simultaneously practice the
Chakra-Pulsation.

It is absolutely important that you are in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, with highest intensity - how intense, depends on your
ability to LOVE. You may want to come into High LOVE. It is absolutely worth trying, because this will allow you quantum
jumps.
It exceeds all your previous ideas of energy, even of LOVE. It is DEEPER, deeper-going, incredibly intensive and incredibly
soft and incredibly BEAUTIFUL and stirs you to tears, if you can really feel it. That is the kind of LOVE you could not imagine
before. It will already bring you a step closer to HEAVENLY LOVE.

You can go with your HEART-chakra in resonance to HIGH LOVE, as you have learned under

How to feel and produce LOVE. And following these instructions, you can feel HIGH LOVE and practice it. Discover it
yourself. And you cannot discover it without feeling it as well. This is part of the WAY, an essential part, because without
HIGH LOVE, further development will not be possible! After discovering it, practice to be in HIGH LOVE all the time. After
that, you will not want to feel anything else.

Then, dear brother, dear sister, advance further and learn to know the following steps of LOVE, by transcending your
limitations over and over again, and learn that LOVE, SWEETNESS itself, is unlimited.

You cannot practice that just so, but must concentrate on it. It requires your full attention - even I myself was not able to be in
High LOVE and at the same time concentrate on something else. But it must be possible, because all Heavenly Beings are
in High LOVE and able to SERVE just the same. So the precondition for mastering this ability will be development, until High
LOVE has become the natural state to live in.
 You can activate your HEART-Chakra before meditating, for example before joining the Chakra-Meditation. Look how you
are feeling now...

And after a few weeks of this beautiful "work", which is purest JOY, I found out to my delight that my HEART-chakra now, on
a higher step of LOVE, has grown even lighter, even wider, and now I realized:

It is possibly to simply keep my HEART-chakra wide open - and by doing this, an intense cleaning takes place whereever my
consciousness lingers, because my HEART-chakra picks up dark energies from whereever I think of and sends them to
LIGHT... and the dark energies cannot make my HEART contract anymore, so it remains open and able to function.

And I need no more effort, no more preparation and no more cleaning - so simple can energy work become now!

Following you will find the instructions to learn UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

The instructions are simple. TRUTH is simple.
Simplicity is the mark of TRUTH.

First of all, read the following instructions several times, then follow them.
Maybe it is easier for you when someone else is reading them for you while you are practicing.
If there is no one around, you may also record them on an audio cassette.

Because there will be many dark energies leaving you during this work, you should ask the angels for a Lightcone
around you, 'for as long as you may think is necessary'.

Please relax now. It is better to stay seated instead of lying down, because you should be concentrated and not fall
asleep. Now use your breath as an agent, breathing deeply in and out several times while watching your breath. And
while breathing out the next time, direct your conscious mind to your heart-chakra.

Now ask your heart-chakra to open, and watch it expand. This is new to you, so just watch your new sensations.
Maybe this is the first time, you are now consciously feeling a process on a non-material plane, the fourth
dimension. Do not doubt yourself, it really can be felt by anyone!
Actually we are feeling many immaterial processes every day , without consciously knowing about it. For example,
every pain is immaterial, each of our feelings, our thoughts, almost every kind of pressure within the body - and yet
they are very real, aren't they?

Now go with your heart-chakra into resonance with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Say just that to yourself, while keeping
your mind on your heart-chakra: "I am going into resonance to Unconditional LOVE" (or: "My heart-chakra is
swinging with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE" or: "I am swinging with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE" oder "I am in
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE") . Immediately your heart-chakra will begin to expand as wide as possible, because LOVE
is an extremely high-vibrational feeling. Actually, there is none higher.

Watch the feeling that is now spreading in your heart. Maybe you are only feeling "wide". That is ok. Maybe you also
have the impression to stand above everything. Also that is part of 'real' LOVE.

You may also state that UNCONDITIONAL LOVE is not confined to just a certain person. It is impossible to confine it
to only one person or one animal - it cannot be done! Either you LOVE or you do not LOVE.

It is also impossible now to be angry at somebody. Try it out by thinking of a person you do not like. You do have a
problem with it now, don't you?
LOVE is something new and very strange. Feel it now for the first time. We call this 'To be in LOVE'.

If your heart-chakra is heavily blocked, you may not feel too much, maybe you do not feel anything at all. Yet LOVE
is vibrating and working within your heart. TRUST! Keep on practicing anyway, because LOVE will dissolve your
blockages by and by, so that the feeling will return! Consider the fact that in the course of our past incarnations, all
of us have built heavy walls of fear around our hearts so we could not be hurt anymore - but these walls keep out
deeper feelings as well, even LOVE. They have turned into our own prisons! LOVE must tear down those walls by
and by, and that will take a while!

Next, practice feeling the difference between LOVE and the 'normal' feelings, to feel your heart-chakra contracting
and closing:
Say to yourself in mind, while thinking of your heart-chakra: "I am going into resonance to 'envy' " - and at once you
will feel your heart-chakra contracting at a certain speed. This shows you that you are now feeling a low-vibrational
energy. When your heart-chakra is not too much blocked, you will now feel envy, without any cause at all. Funny,
isn't it?
But because it does not feel too good, go back into LOVE.

Now practice as long as you want, 'balancing' from one feeling to the next, feeling the vibrations, the 'color' of the
feeling, the modulation. Experiment: sorrow - JOY - grief - fun - loneliness - happiness, and whatever you may think
of.

Learn about the Differences: pity - compassion, 'the love I have known so far' (express it like that) -
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, 'my Joy' - the JOY of Heaven, 'how I am feeling' - how angels (elves, dwarves...) are feeling
etc. Be creative!
This way you can learn a lot about feelings:
When there are pure, clear, beautiful feelings, your heart widens - are they dark and low-vibrational, the heart
contracts. And not all the feelings we have known so far, are as noble and high-vibrational, as we have considered
them to be!

Do not linger on with the low-swinging feelings, because they 'pull you down', which means that they lower your
vibrations.

Test all the different qualities of false, misunderstood human love and of UNCONDITIONAL Love and feel the
difference yourself. It says more than a thousand words!

I myself love the 'Heavenly Humor', because I have to laugh, even though nobody told a joke, but there was just a
feeling felt!

ISN'T IT WONDERFUL WHAT WE ARE ABLE TO? THINK OF WHAT YOU HAVE MISSED SO FAR!
THIS NEW KNOWLEDGE IS THE ENTRANCE INTO A NEW WORLD AND A NEW LIFE YOR YOURSELF!

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE CAN BE ANCHORED IN YOUR HEART-CHAKRA FOR THE DURATION

OF THIS INCARNATION BY AN INITIATION YOU CAN GIVE YOURSELF.

This can only happen, when you eventually are in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE all the time, when you are LIVING it. And this
you can achieve by watching yourself carefully: Try to stay in LOVE for a longer and longer period each time. When you feel
that you are out of LOVE, go back into it. Eventually you will succeed more and more often, until one day you discover that
you are LIVING IN LOVE all of the time. You will know this is the case when you notice that within your dreams you are in
LOVE, too! But always remain watchful, nonetheless. This way you will notice at once when you have fallen out of LOVE.

When learning and LIVING LOVE, you have all the HELP of the HEAVENLY WORLD, increasingly noticeable so. Ask for this
HELP from deepest heart and you will surely be heard. But most important of all, LIVE in a deep, daily contact with GOD -
meaning only GOD, WHO IS LOVE AND WHO IS LIGHT, CREATOR OF ALL LIFE, SOURCE OF LOVE, TRUTH,
BEAUTY... (always address HIM-HER accordingly, so you show beyond a doubt, WHOM you mean, or others will answer).

When you thus learn TO LIVE in a new way, very positive changes will soon become apparent, concerning yourself, your
physical, psychical and mental health, your human contacts and your experiences in the outside world. This may happen by
and by, very softly, but very noticeable.

When you start to feel LOVE and work with LOVE, this means a complete revolution of your life so far - because of the
extremely high vibrations of LOVE - it is actually a revolution of your whole being, of body, mind and soul. So possibly many
dark energies want to leave your system at the same time. And that makes you feel worse at first. This change for the worse
is well known to practicioners of homoeopathic medicine e.a. In that case, just keep on working with LOVE, without any
doubt and worry, because LOVE will heal everything, and your holistic being will soon get used to this new and revolutionary
energy.
So it could also happen that people whom you want to help with LOVE, are feeling worse afterwards. That, too, is a normal
reaction. Prepare them by telling them about this phenomena.

Some people have fear, because deep inside they feel that everything in and around them is changing, that they have to let
go of many things, but the NEW things to come are still unknown. Let this fear come and accept it as what it actually is. It is
of a transient nature and will soon leave you for good. This is part of the Spiritual WAY, very human and extremely common:
ALL MEN are afraid of NEW THINGS to come. But you can plan and control your speed at any time. The NEW thing to

Before you can work with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, learn how to feel and produce it. You have now learned to watch your
heart-chakra. You know that it expands and contracts according to the vibrations of the feelings within. You are able to feel
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE in your heart. Now you can learn to work with LOVE!

Before you begin, I suggest you take precautions to allow the dark, heavy and sickening energies that will soon leave your
system, to go directly into LIGHT. This way they will not stay in your room, where they might return into your aura, the aura of
other people, animals or plants or pollute nature. LOVE is 'Holy', which means that is has Healing Power because of its
extremely high vibrations. And with that power it causes many energies to leave your body and aura at once.So you should
ask the angels for a LIGHTCONE (a cone is round with a pointed top) for as long as they think it necessary, and ask them to
take all the energies that will be leaving you, upwards into LIGHT for redemption = transformation in LIGHT. While praying,
you should motion the shape of that large cone with your hands (that makes your thoughts materialize) - it surrounds you
completely, from high above your head down to the ground. The LIGHTCONE is reality and works perfectly all the time. It is
a wonderful help the angels give us! After your work is done, thank the angels.
Ask them like this, 'Please dear Angels, give me a LIGHTCONE for as long as you think it necessary', in your own words.
Make this a habit - it is a vital part of 'spiritual hygiene' and a 'stabilizes' the success of your work! After a while you will feel
that the athmosphere of your rooms has changed: Everything is fresh and clear. When working like this, you should also air
your rooms more often. Maybe you would like to burn incense?

When you do the following practices, I advise you to sit very relaxed, holding your hands together in your aura in front of you,
so that your fingers and palms are together (the catholic position of prayer). This way your energy flow, your 'energy circuit' is
closed and your energy flow is much stonger. Fot that reason we also pray that way. Because LOVE is flowing from your
palm-chakras (just like the LIGHT when we are doing LIGHTWORK), many of the energies that are leaving you will go into
your hands (everything is searching for LOVE!) and from there they will stream down your legs, leaving you through the
chakras at the soles of your feet, and go into the LIGHTCONE. All this happens at once - simultaneously. When the energies
are leaving you, your feet will be feeling cool or even cold.
If after a while your position should become uncomfortable, just put your fingertips together - the effect is similar, but it is
easier to relax. This way you can practive in public, whithout anyone wondering what you are doing. Thus you have a lot of
time to LOVE, time you used to spend waiting, in public transportation, e.a., to profit from it. We have much more time for us,
because we are now using our precious time in a completely different way.

Now let your mind go to your heart-chakra and go into resonance to UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

When your heart-chakra has widened and you are feeling LOVE, try to intensify this LOVE and let it flow, until you
have the impression that you are producing this LOVE yourself. Maybe you do not feel it right away. But be sure
that you now are feeling your own UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Your wish makes it happen at once. LOVE is actually
flowing like water. At first you will feel drops flowing, and by intensifying your LOVE, you can make it flow a littele
more. And when there is a little flow of LOVE, there is no problem at all to make this little flow turn into a stronger
flow, an the stronger flow turn into a brook, then into a river, into a stream and some day into a SEA OF LOVE...

ALL LIMITATIONS ARE WITHIN YOURSELF - AND IT IS UP TO YOU TO LET LOVE TRANSCEND THEM...

Now you can direct the flow of LOVE from your heart to whatever, whomever and whereever you wish. Your mind
can do that. Now you can practice:

Go into LOVE and direct the flow of LOVE with your conscious mind to YOURSELF - exactly like that, in those
words: 'TO MYSELF'... See how it feels. Stay on yourself with your LOVE, because you cannot get enough of it.

WHAT YOU ARE JUST DOING THERE, IS THE GREATEST AND MOST IMPORTANT PRACTICE YOU HAVE EVER
MADE: To LOVE yourself (and this can only be done with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE) has once been taught to MEN by
Jesus CHRISTUS (see above), at least He tried to teach MEN, because hardly any of them had understood what He
meant, and even less had actually done it.
ONLY WHEN YOU LOVE YOURSELF YOU ARE ABLE TO LOVE OTHERS, AND THEN YOU CAN ALSO LOVE GOD.

To LOVE yourself is the precondition for it! Now you can change yourself and give your life another direction!
According to the Cosmic LAW of Correlations ('As within - so without') you experience the outside world just as you
are feeling inside - everything depends on how you are feeling towards yourself. So when you are LOVING yourself,
LOVE will come to you from the outside!

Try to LOVE all the time. When you feel that you are out of LOVE, go back, over and over again. With LOVING
determination and dedication to yourself and to GOD, you will soon be able to LOVE all the time. This can be faster
than you think.
When you are in LOVE, you have all the support of Heaven. You are completely protected. Nothing bad will happen
to you, no accident, no bad word... There is MAGIC around you, a vibrational field of perfect Healing Power. If you
cannot yet be in LOVE all the time, you can use this MAGIC consciously, if necessary, to help you over difficult
situations: Go into LOVE and replace fear or fury with LOVE, harmonizing any situation at once...

To LOVE is the aim and the destiny of Mankind. When you make LOVE a firmly integrated part of your life, living
LOVE all the time, LOVING everyone and everything, yourself and GOD for the rest of your life, clearing yourself
from all your problems, including your karma, you would not be forced to incarnate again, because you would pass
all the exams of Life with 'excellent' and reach spiritual maturity - and there would be no need to go to school on
Earth anymore - unless you decide to come back to help others...

Now direct the flow of your LOVE to someone you like, and see how this feels. Feel how it is to REALLY LOVE
someone.

Then direct LOVE to a person you cannot stand at all, maybe a colleage, a neighbour or a relative, or someone you
recently had a fight with! Let your LOVE go to this person, und maybe you find out that now you are unable to hate
him or her.
Now let your LOVE go to 'everything that stands between us', or to 'the cause of my dislike', or to 'what makes me
hate this person', or to 'the karma between us', or to 'whatever I have done to this person'... Let your heart guide
you.

When a blockage is very tight and bothers you, or when you feel pain, hold your hands in your aura, palms and
fingertips together, like praying (who keeps you from praying?), maybe above the blockage or the pain, and direct
your mind and the flow of LOVE there. You will feel at once that LOVE is dissolving the blockage, making the pain
go away.

You should also know: Where there is LOVE, there is LIGHT. They cannot be separated! So when working with
LOVE you will have the help of all the POWERS of LIGHT!

LOVE makes dark energies go away (the energies of our thoughts and emotions that are dark, heavy and cause
desease), so it has a very strong clearing power = HEALING Power. LOVE is the strongest power of the universe. So
when working with LOVE you will notice the effects. By and by you will learn to feel that. Until then, be sure that the
dark energies will leave from whereever the flow of LOVE is directed to. But even just by LOVING yourself, clearing
work is done. So do it as often as possible, whenever you have time. You will be changing fast and all your
problems will disappear by and by.

Now you can practice in a creative way, to help yourself and others. When you are just 'letting LOVE flow 'on... (a
sick person who can be anywhere, but who is not here with you)', nothing can go wrong. LOVE does not
manipulate. The other soul can accept LOVE or refuse LOVE - and so far, I have never felt that another soul had
refused! You can also direct LOVE into situations, no matter whether they take place now or in the future, or have
taken place in the past - there will always be a harmonization.

But please do not WANT to help or to heal, aiming to achieve a certain result. Especially you should not aim for a
certain purpose while directing LOVE at someone (=LOVING someone) or into a certain situation (like: that your
driving teacher lets you pass the driving test / that your lover who left you comes back to you, e.a.). I am warning
you to do that, because that would be manipulation and you would be blocking the flow of LOVE, being out of
LOVE at once. Manipulation could cause a bad karma. Just let LOVE flow, that is all. Of course you can pray,'Dear
GOD, please help this person'.
This way you can harmonize your relations to persons who are either still living in their material body or have
'passed away'.

You can let LOVE flow to someone else (which means: LOVE that person), without wanting and wishing - to all people whom
you meet, to all people in the subway, on the street, to all people on earth... You can imagine a golden LIGHT shining out of
your heart-chakra to everyone and everything you meet. You can let the whole community or town you live in be embraced
by this golden LIGHT, or 'all the people who need LOVE the most', 'all the children who are unhappy' - your imagination is
unlimited! You can give this wonderful help from your easychair at home. Give your LOVE freely in boundless plenty - and
you will RECEIVE as much or more!

You can dissolve your karma with somebody else, but you are not allowed take somebody else's karma away. When asked
to do so, you can teach this person how it is done, so that this person can do it himself.
To heal yourself from problems and desease, lay your hands on your own main chakras (front and back), because the
chakras provide the whole system with energy. YOUR HANDS ARE CONNECTED WITH YOUR HEART-CHAKRA.
WHATEVER IS FELT IN THE HEART WILL BE COMING OUT OF YOUR PALM CHAKRAS. Your hands will give LOVE
whereever you put them and let the healing power= the HOLY Power of LOVE work. When treating yourself, you can work
with a purpose in mind, but let this aim spring from your WISHING = from deep in your heart, not from your WANTING = from
your brain! You can also ask GOD, CHRIST or the Angels for help, also your Higher Self.

When asked by another person (who is present), you can help this person feel better by going into LOVE and laying your
hands upon their main chakras as well. But here again, avoid any WANTING at all, not to block the flow of LOVE. It would be
best to show the other person how to heal himself.
(Do not violate any law: If you are no physician, you should make this clear to the other person,

and you cannot do this work to make money. Do not promise any healing results and do not keep anyone from visiting a
doctor or taking medicine.)

You are able to clear all your relations with people, animals and plants.
You can dissolve any kind of animosity (directing LOVE to 'everything that is between us', which means: LOVING it; to 'the
cause of the animosity between us', which means: LOVING it; FORGIVE yourself and the other person and ask him/her for
FORGIVENESS).

Of course you can also direct LOVE to a certain disorder or desease (which means: LOVE this desease!), and when you do
so, go to the CAUSE of the problem (you do not have to know WHAT is the cause!). LOVE it until the blockages are gone
and the problem, too. This way you can dissolve all your physical, psychical and mental problems by and by.

YOU WILL GET THE BEST CLEARING RESULTS GOING WITH LOVE ONTO YOU HEART-CHAKRA for a longer time,
over and over again. Take some time for this every day, it is the best way to spend your time. Your whole body and aura are
linked with your heart-chakra, which is connected to all the other chakras as well, so by clearing your heart-chakra you are
clearing your holistic system, and any other kind of 'mental work' becomes unnecessary.
I myself chose to work with one or the other, following my intuition.

As soon as you LOVE unconditionally, blockages will start to come up and dissolve, because LOVE is the energy with th
highest vibrations of the universe, even when you are working with the 'basic form' of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, your first
step!
When you have a little more practive, I suggest that you work with the next vibrational quality of LOVE. Just follow these
same instructions, but now you say to yourself, 'I go into resonance with HIGH LOVE'. And you will feel that an even higher
POWER is working within you.

I have noticed that several people who were working with LOVE this way, were 'going into LOVE' and were 'directing LOVE'
somewhere, just as they were taught, over a longer period of time. Of course it is good to work that way - but... they were
saying 'I am going into LOVE' - WITHOUT actually LOVING! And then it becomes nothing but a mechanic action, which may
be practiced in the beginning, but with the AIM to LOVE, that is to fulfill what you are doing with your heart... And that also
means to actually LOVE the uncomfortable and ugly beings of darkness you will eventually meet, to actually LOVE darkness
itself, to actually LOVE the awful energies you once had produced yourself... THAT should be the next step of your
advancement. So do not stick to the mechanical repetition of the beginners' lessons, but grow and advance dynamically!

The healing process will take a while. Matter of fact, it has taken a long time to gather all of your problems. You cannot
estimate how long you have had a certain disorder. The cause had always been a blockage, and it may have formed a
thousand years ago or even earlier. Until we have solved this problem, it will painfully remind us over and over again of its
existence, at the same time reminding us that we have not yet learned to LOVE and FORGIVE. And with each time we tried
in vain, more blockages and accumulated energies blocked by them, are added to the heap. After several incarnations, there
usually are several layers of blockages, one over the other, the old layers at the bottom and the 'fresh' layers on top.

You can actually compare these layers to the sediments on the bottom of the sea:
Just like dead seashells and animals as well as sand etc. within millions of years are forming huge layers of sediments on the
bottom of the sea, which may, if the ocean dries out and the earth is shifting, fold up to become huge mountains, there are
layers of layers of energy sediments in our aura, which could be compared to mountains, if there were the dimension of
space.
Those 'sediments' are the energies of our thoughts and feelings we once produced ourselves, held back tightly by blockages,
which have an enormous constricting power. In between there are energies and beings who once were drawn there because
they had a resonance to our energies, which means that they are just as dark. This way the problem increases in
intensity.These living sediments are forming thick walls around our chakras, turning them into fortresses, especially our
heart. Their dynamic nature is drawing like energies to them, reinforcing them - and our problem becomes even more painful.

The Clearing can be practiced in different ways:

x Our Soul (not our own personality, but the Cosmic Being who is guiding us through the incarnations) is leading us
over and over again into situations that have to do with this problem, giving us a chance to finally solve it, once and
for all (the acting persons are always the same). If we do not avoid the problem and run away from it, but
RECOGNIZE it, or at least confront it and solve it, thus TRANSCENDING it with LOVE and FORGIVENESS, all the
blockages, the old and the new ones will go, because they have no cause of existence anymore, and that can
happen all of a sudden (like it happened to me a few times after a spontaneous COGNITION, and then the
blockages were leaving me all at once, for at least a week. It made me feel like a glass of champaign or a soda
bottle, and then I was tired but happy and the problem was gone!)
x If there is no spontaneous COGNITION, you may solve certain problems or problem complexes, by LOVING them,
respectively LOVING their CAUSE (you do not have to know the cause!)
x Some problems can be solved just by your conscious decision to break your usual routine of thinking and acting,
for example if you are impatient, to consciously slow down and actually DOING it; that alone will dissolve many
blockages.
x when you do not dissolve certain problems, the clearing will advance step by step, which means: You will first
dissolve the dark energies of TODAY and then, one after the other - going backwards in time - the energies of the
past, including the energies of your past incarnations, starting backwards from the previous on.

While clearing yourself, you will be able to dissolve only those energies you are able to with the POWER you have at the
present time. Your POWER depends on your vibrational frequency. With each blockage dissolved, your vibrational frequency
will increase. This way your POWER will increase dynamically in the course of time. And with this POWER you eventually
will overcome even the darkest and heaviest energies of those problem complexes, that you could solve before only to a
certain extent. And you will also find the actual CAUSES and sufferings, serious desease, injuries, pains, causes of death
and other traumatic experiences, at a much later time, AND THAT IS A GOOD THING! Because only then you have reached
the state of maturity that allow you to ACCEPT and LOVE them! But be sure that there will be none of the horror you may
have experienced a long time ago, and even the worst pain will be but a whisp of what it once had been (also see below).

So be patient (to learn this is part of the WAY) and enjoy your new abilities. Watch carefully what is happening in and
beneath your hands while working with LOVE.

Nothing is more interesting and satisfying than learning to know yourself, your former life. All your former burdens are still
within you: All your traumatic experiences, all your ailments, all the causes of your deaths, all the pain and anxiety you once
went through, your fury and despair. When energies are leaving you, you may have visions or ideas or KNOW what
situations they had to do with. Accept it and FORGIVE yourself. Allow yourself now to let go of it. Do not cling to anything.
Unconditional LOVE accepts and lets go at the same time.

Do not be afraid of the pain and traumatic happenings of long ago, do not fear that you have to feel them again. You will just
learn enough about those experiences to KNOW and to accept and overcome them. And even that is rarely enough - most of
the time you just feel the energies (when you have become 'clair-feeling' by your work), but they are just a wisp of what they
once had been. You may feel some pressure or a little burning, that are slowly going away. What you are feeling today is by
far not as dramatic as it was once. And that is truly a BLESSING!
Our REDEMPTION WORK is protected and guided in the most LOVING way. Behind your guidance there is the HIGHEST
WISDOM and the HIGHEST INTELLIGENCE of the universe. Nothing bad can happen to you. So why should you be afraid?

You have all the HELP of LIGHT - only those Beings have to be asked, they never help without being askes, because they
respect your own free will! Only dark beings come unasked.
When we work on ourselves, working with your mind and visualization can be very helpful. For example, when blockages are
hard to solve, you can imagine them to become liquid and visualize that they flow away, and it will happen.
It has helped me often enough to visualize that a heavy blockage is dissolving now, or that the black blockages are flying into
LIGHT, one after the other, like a string of dark pearls...

And when so many energies are leaving me that my foot-chakras clog up and my feet start to swell, I imagine and visualize
that my foor-chakras have large doors that open wide, then I take large brushes (those to clean bottles with) and with them I
scrub my legs from the inside, and then a large flow of water, like a river, comes gushing down through my crown-chakra,
taking all the energies with it, streaming out of my foot-chakras into the infinite ocean of LOVE... with some practice it only
takes seconds until your feet are cleared - a very useful practice!

Work with your heart-chakra often, as often as possible, maybe regularly, so that you may get used to these feelings and
sensations, used to work with LOVE, gaining more certainty every day... and then you can visit my pages about 'TRUTH' and
'Religion', where there are more interesting practices for you!

After having worked like this for a while, you may start to expand your knowledge, if you so

chose, so that there is not too much knowledge to digest in the beginning. Take all the time you need and learn step by step.
Later-on, the Chakra-Pulsation will be a great help for you. When you reach deeper layers, it will help to free yourself fast
and painlessly from the most uncomfortable energies. Besides, it is a very HOLY practice, as it enhances your spiritual
advancement and raises your vibrational frequency. This, too, was given by LIGHT as a help for MANKIND.

Make it a habit to carefully observe your body and your hands while working, to sense what is going on there, in your hands
and underneath your hands. Watchful observance inward and outward is part of the Spiritual WAY and of the Seven Golden
Rules, spiritual minded people should live by!

When you notice that practicing LOVE is boring you in any way or becomes a nuisance, stop it at once and resume it only
when you have fun doing so. And that concerns ALL practices. If you force yourself to do them, because your partner or
friends are doing them and you do not want to disappoint them, but if you actually do not feel like it, you are producing dark
and heavy energies of nuisance and anger, which are worse than doing nothing at all. All of my instructions are meant to be
followed in pure JOY and with FUN. Then they will really work for you and make you advance.
If you are ready for this kind of work in your heart, all practices will be FUN. Since I had been taught all of this, there has
never been one single time that I was uninterested or bored with it, but always LOVED it. Deep within my heart, there has
been a strong urge to strive forth, and many times I regretted not to have more time for myself. Because it is extremely
interesting to clear yourself. But if you are different, or when you need the time for your job, lover, family, friends, hobbies,
TV, newspaper, or whatever, let it be.

But if you want to do these precious and wonderful practices, ENJOY them! Most of all, be grateful for this HELP and thank
GODFATHER-GODMOTHER for it. Maybe you want to make it a habit to talk to HIM-HER every day, with your own words.
You do not need any special prayers you were once taught, and which you had to learn by heart. HE-SHE does not want to
hear them. You do not even need 'God's Prayer', just your very own words, telling HIM-HER all your little and big problems
and your wishes. You can pour out your heart, can tell everything, and FATHER-MOTHER will always listen to you patiently,
giving you COMFORT, HELP an LOVE in plenty, and some day you will hear and feel the answers and this HELP clearly and
consciously. HE-SHE has lived in your heart since the beginning, waiting there for you, for that happy day, and will live in
your heart eternally - whatever you may have done, whatever you are doing, and whichever way you may decide. All your
prayers are listened to and accepted, all your wishes are fulfilled (unless you want to harm others), that is LAW - but you do
not know, when. Some wishes are fulfilled at once. Consider very carefully, WHAT you wish for - let your words be clear and
exact. And some day, while growing and advancing, you will realize that there are no more material wishes in your heart,
because they have become unimportant - and you find out: Only your inner values and the inner treasures of knowledge and
wisdom you have attained, are really YOURS. All the material stuff is just borrowed, for you to use and profit from for a
certain time. And when you are leaving your material body, you leave it, too - it is just dust, like the dust of your material
body. But the treasures of your mind and heart are YOURS to take with you and keep forever. You will never lose them, but
always profit from them. Everything you once have known, learned and experienced, all your former talents and abilities are
there for you to use. You will not always need all of them, maybe a few in this, others in that incarnation. But they are there
for you to chose and live, when needed.
This I KNEW all of a sudden, a while ago: This incarnation is the most important one of all my incarnations up to now, it is
their fulfillment. And everything I have learned and practiced up to now, all my former talents and abilities, will be available to
me if and whenever I need them. I even was able to shoot more accurate on my first try at the age of 19, than my trained
husband, and last summer we went to a Middle-Age-fair and I tried shooting with bow and arrow, and spontaneously I hit the
center and the close vicinity every time, without ever having done it before, during this round. And this homepage demands
from me literary, drawing and language abilities, as well as some technical understanding, and my teaching demands the
skill of expression and talking in front of other people... and when the time comes, this enormous knowledge and those
wonderful abilities, that huge and precious wealth I have heaped upon myself in my past, will be available to me in all its
plenty.

When working with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, please consider this:

Working with LOVE means - because of the extremely high vibrations of LOVE - a complete revolution of your whole BEING,
your holistic BEING: a revolution of the vibrations of body, mind and soul. And so there may be many blockages and
energies in your aura leaving you at the same time. For that reason it may be possible, that for a short time after you have
started working with LOVE, you could be feeling worse than before - it is a phenomenon also known from homoepathic
practitioners and similar treatments! In that case just go on with the clearing, if possible even more so, to make those
energies go away. LOVE clears everything, and your Holistic Being will adjust to the New Energy within a short time. Do not
be afraid, because no harm whatever can come from LOVE. TRUST - and You will soon feel better.

Many people have fear when feeling a change inside, fear to let go of the well-known OLD, however painful, while the NEW
is yet unknown. Look at this fear, recognize it and accept it. It is a transient phenomenon and will disappear. It is part of the
WAY, something very human, very common: ALL MEN are afraid of changes, of the NEW. But you can always determine the
speed of your advancement yourself. The NEW that will be opening for you - LOVE - is not urging. It will be there for you
when you are ready for it.

It could happen as well, that someone whom you want to help with a treatment of LOVE is feeling worse at first, shortly after
you have helped him. That is normal. Inform others before the treatment. Respect those who are still afraid of LOVE and do
not push them - they will be ready for LOVE in their own time.

And it may even happen, that in the course of this work you reach energies that spontaneously cause symptoms of desease
and make you sick, suffering pain and fear. It may never happen to you, but is it possible, and even THIS is perfectly normal!
You should know, that you have then reached a heavy trauma of your past, which has influenced and bent you in the past up
to today. And now it is showing you the efficiency of your HEALING WORK!
In us, in our aura, there are all the horrors, all the pains of the history of MAN, of all the errors, the wars and persecutions -
YOU YOURSELF HAVE BEEN A PART OF ALL THAT! These energies have been cause of your desease, cause of your
'deaths' and your psychic problems, your limitations (and might have been so in the present and future as well, if still in
place)! WHY ELSE ARE THERE WIDESPREAD DESEASE AND PSYCHIC DISORDER AMONG MANKIND OF MODERN
CIVILIZATION? THEIR GENERAL, EVERYDAY BEHAVIOUR IS SYMPTOM!

What you are feeling now is just a tiny 'breeze' of the horror past, the trauma you once had actually felt. You may get an idea
of the whole thing at night in your dreams, where you continue the Work with LOVE on a mental and emotional level...
Do not let it impress you more than necessary. Look at it and then TRANSZEND it: JUST KEEP ON WORKING UNTIL IT IS
GONE. Stand above it! Do not let it make you sway, but realize THAT YOU ARE THE MASTER OF YOUR BODY, MIND
AND SOUL, OF YOUR LIFE, AND OF YOUR FEELINGS AS WELL. Whenever YOU DECIDE SO, you can go back into
LOVE and JOY, thus returning to YOUR POWER! Ask the Heavenly Powers for help, take advantage of the Help of
PRAYER, GRACE and BLESSING, learn the Chakra Pulsation that speedens up the clearing process enormously, so that
you will not feel pain or fear anymore and they are goone before you realize them - AND KEEP ON WORKING STEADILY...
and if you want to, take a herbal tea or an aspirin for temporary help...

LOVE IS STRONGER THAT ALL THE OLD AND DARK FEARS AND WILL MAKE THEM GO, AND THEN THEY ARE
GONE FOR GOOD - and each time you will come out of it like "A PHOENIX RISING FROM ITS ASHES"...
And why not ust the symbolic POWER OF SMILE?

On Eastermonday 2002, I was told and shown that there are Formative Power Fields within our aura, produced by darkness,
that bind us in habit and false conviction. These power fields cause binding patterns of steady repetition, repetition of certain
ways of thinking, feeling and acting, of being bound by narrow mental structures. They are changing and distorting our
perception of reality. We already take over those power fields in our mother's womb, in the sand box, in kindergarten, in
school, in our jobs, even from books, newspapers, radio, TV, movies e.a., and that is one of the reasons, why the media are
spreading force and damage and corrupt even the souls of children...

At the same time I knew, that these power fields are the cause of false, misunderstood human love, the 7 evils of Mankind,
vice and adiction. I sent them into LIGHT symbolically, thus transcending them and freeing Mankind.

It is possible to clear yourself from the power fields by letting the stream of LOVE flow onto them (you can reach every
plane).
You can direct it to special or all power fields and clear yourself, if your LOVE is already strong enough. If not, try to feel and
work with HIGH LOVE. I sent all the power fields into LIGHT that way.
With HIGH LOVE you can also clear your cell memory from traumatic experiences, addiction, desease and pain of long ago.

The same way you can clear your cells from poison and contamination from time to time, of course also from unnecessary
fat!

Here I am showing you how to

free yourself from a Problem in the optimal way:
1. Pray to GOD for HEALING and HELP, ask the Angels for a LIGHTCONE for as long as they think is necessary, and put
your hands together or upon the heart-chakra, left hand first, right hand on top of it.
2. Think of the problem consciously and lively in all its aspects.
3. Go into UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, direct its flow to the cause of the problem and let it dissolve the blockages and energies.
Always work on your OWN energies, do not care about other beings (even when you can feel them), and all the beings
dwelling on your energies will leave you 'automatically' as well.
4. Go with LOVE to the power fields that stabilize and preserve the problem and let it dissolve the power fields.
5. Go with LOVE to the cell memory connected with the problem and let it erase it.
6. Thank GOD for HIS HELP.

You should work like this every day, with JOY, PATIENCE AND WILL POWER (from your heart), and without wanting (from
your brain). Healing may take some time, because the problem may derive from ages ago, and be manifest in many layers of
conscience - so do not care at all about the success of your work. It may be a sign of healing, when the problem becomes
more noticeable. So be patient and do not let anything discourage you.

Discover the JOY to discover yourself! Regard this work as a daily meditation, as an intimate, silent conversation with GOD-
FATHER-GOD-MOTHER and start to LOVE HIM-HER.

Maybe you want to do it like me, when I began this work: I just asked HIM to free me from whatever was holding me down -
and today I am free from whatever was holding me down, and I am enriched a hundredfold. Never would I want to miss these
past years of my life, which I found out to be the most important years of my life up to now.

Please avoid to think of darkness. Do not let your thoughts wander there, and do not direct the flow of your LOVE to
darkness, or else it could influence you, because you are not yet strong enough and still have a resonance to it. My pages
about darkness are meant to serve as basic information. When you have read them, do not ponder about them anymore. If
this is a problem for you, pray to GOD for help and you will get it. Work with the energies within you and you will be guided
and protected. All the beings that need your help will be led to you. Never try to work with darkness, not even with the best
intention: You certainly will not yet be up the it, you would underestimate darkness and be influenced before you know it -
actually you would NOT know it! Even if you have seen a hundred movies about the heroes of Light fighting the enemies of
darkness - reality is different! This is no show and no comic, and there might just not be a happy end to it! Let other people or
powers do this work, who have been trained to do it. It is a sign of wisdom to know when to keep away.
Anchoring LOVE in the Heart

On February 14th, 2004, Valentine's Day, GOD-GODDESS gave Mankind this following chance, coming from HIS-HER
deepest LOVE and GRACE, a present we cannot estimate high enough for this time and the time to come:

In this website you can learn to feel UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and to work with it.

But now it is possible for everyone to anchor the abiliy to feel and produce your own Unconditional LOVE in your heart-
chakra for the duration of this incarnation, and you can do this for yourself as well as for those, who have asked you to do so.
This is a sign of the LOVE of FATHER-MOTHER and is HIS-HER gift to us.
The Anchoring is done with HIS-HER LOVE, acting as an 'agent'.

This is a great help for those who have problems holding Unconditional LOVE for a longer time. Anchoring LOVE in your
heart-chakra means that your LOVE will be rooted in your heart more solidly and much stronger than before, and it will
enhance your ability to be in LOVE all the time. For only when you are in LOVE all the time, you can really LIVE LOVE and
do not regard it as a 'practice'!

This Anchoring actually is an initiation, but a very simple initiation, which does not require any spiritual qualifications at all. It
actually is so easy that everyone can do it.

Of course there should be a certain maturity, which can be assumed when someone is interested in working with LOVE, and
you should at least know what feeling Unconditional LOVE and working with it mean, and what anchoring LOVE in your heart
means.
Matter of fact, children would hardly ever need this initiation, because they will come into LOVE and live in LOVE much
easier than grown-ups; but from puberty on, it would be a very helpful idea.

In case of immaturity, if someone wants to make a joke or wants to misuse this initiation in any way, no energy will flow at all.
Keep in mind that there is Divine Consciousness with it. So it is impossible to misuse this gift and its energy.

Of course, anchoring LOVE in your heart does not replace your own work, your aim and your venture - this could not be
taken from us, as it would be too easy for us, because only by our own achievement we can grow and advance, or else we
would not benefit from it. LOVE and the wish to LOVE has to come from within ourselves, has to be our own LOVE.

So immensely deep is the LOVE of FATHER-MOTHER for you ,

that HE-SHE has made this possible,
to help you now, at this time,
to LIVE LOVE and
GIVE LOVE!

You can have the Anchoring done for yourself and also for other people. All you have to do is to ask GOD in a prayer to let
LOVE be anchored in your heart/the heart of... Please keep in mind, that you are adressing GOD, who is LIGHT and LOVE,
that is adressing GOD-GODDESS. Then the necessary energy - the LOVE of GOD - will be streaming from your heart-
chakra within a second, and at the same time from both hand-chakras (the hand-chakras transport the energy from within the
heart-chakra). This stream of LOVE will last a short time (maybe about 12 seconds), so that you will have the time to direct
the stream to yourself or oth other person(s). The stream of LOVE will ALWAYS flow when you are doing this in good will -
whether you feel it or not. Afterwards you should thank GOD-GODDESS (the beings of the heavenly planes are extremely
polite with us and with each other, because of LOVE and RESPECT for each fellow being, and they will always respect the
others' free will - so do it likewise). When practicing this initiation, keep in mind that you are performing a HOLY ACTION.
The initiation is done as follows:
 1. For yourself:
1.1.) You pray to GOD with your own words, asking to have Unconditional LOVE anchored in your heart,
by putting the insides of your hands together (like the catholics pray).
1.2.) Then immediately put both your hands on the top of your heady, for as long as the stream of LOVE
is flowing and while doing so, keep thinking: 'This is the Anchoring of LOVE in my Heart'.
1.3.) Then thank GOD-GODDESS, again with your hands laid together.

2. For another Person, who has asked you to do so:

(You should initiate another person into LOVE only after having been asked to do so.
This person has to be present)
2.1.) The other person is sitting on a chair which is standing freely in the room
(so you can walk around it).
2.2.) You are standing in front of this person, praying with your own words to GOD for the Anchoring
of LOVE in the heart of this person.
2.3.) Now you slowly and consciously walk to your right (counterclockwise) around this person, until
you are standing behind the person. If you should stumble, lose your balance and have to take
a backward step, start the initiation again. Your steps should have a clear aim.
2.4.) Standing behind the person, you lay both hands on the top of his/her head for as long as the
stream of LOVE is flowing. While doing so, keep thinking: 'This is the Anchoring of LOVE in
this person's heart'.
2.5.) Now take your hands away and walk further to your right around that person, just as consciously,
until you are standing again in front of the person, having completed a circle (If you had been
looking from above, this circle was drawn into a left direction =counterclockwise).
2.6.) Then you lay your hands together again and thank GOD-GODDESS. This initiation is done only once and should not be
repeated. It is valid for the duration of this incarnation.

If you should decide some day that you do not want to be in LOVE anymore, you can ask GOD-GODDESS to take this
initiation back, and it will happen at once.

This initiation can only be given to HUMANS.

But the LOVE of GOD can be given to Everything alive = ALL: humans, animals, plants or beings ('lost' souls!).

Giving the LOVE of GOD

to yourself and others

At the same time it was made possible to give and receive the Energy of Divine LOVE, that is GOD'S LOVE - the LOVE of
GOD-GODDESS! And there are no limitations, it can be done as often as wanted, for yourself and others! And there is no
need for you to ask the others - when their souls do not want this LOVE, they can refuse it, and the LOVE returns as a gift for
yourself!

This is so easy, that everyone can do it, even older children, if they want to help others.
Like in the above practive, there is no age limit set, distinctly so, neither for the receiving, nor for the giving person.

When practicing this, keep in mind that you are performing a HOLY ACTION.
It is done this way:

1.) You put your hands together and pray to GOD: 'Please give me YOUR LOVE for...'
2.) At once your heart-chakra and your hand-chakras will open und the stream of LOVE begins
to flow.
3.) For yourself and people who are present you can lay your hands on the top of your/their
head for a certain time, or you hold your open hands up (like BLESSING). For people who
are not present, you either hold your open hands up or let them rest in your lap or on your
knees. You should be thinking of the people that are supposed to receive LOVE.
4.) Then you lay your hands together and thank GOD-GODDESS.
When you let others receive GOD'S LOVE, you will receive as much LOVE yourself, because what you send out, you will
receive, that is LAW. You do not have to ask for LOVE for yourself, it happens all by itself. So it makes sense, to let others
have LOVE, as often and as much as possible! You can also ask for GOD'S LOVE for ALL people, all animals, plants,
beings, Earth...

It is also possible to ask for both GOD'S LOVE and HIS BLESSINGS, and you will be able to give both and receive both...
You may either hold your hands on the top of the head or leave your hands open.

GOD'S BLESSING
On 2-12-2004, Friday before Valentine's Day, Mankind was blessed by GOD-GODDESS with a special gift, given with
deepest LOVE to their children on Earth to help them in this time and the time to come:

Each man, woman and child incarnated on Earth, no matter of what age, no matter of which religion or philosophy of life or of
none, no matter if appointed to it by an earthly instance or not, no matter of which profession, whether it is priest, parson,
housewife, homeless person, student, civil servant, prisoner, poet, scholar, politician, child, criminal, musician or none at all,
can receive and give the BLESSING of GOD-GODDESS. It can be given to oneself, to other people, to ALL people and also
to animals, plants, trees, minerals, beings, including dark beings and lost souls, planets... unlimited = for ALL!

GOD'S BLESSING is the purest energy of LOVE and LIGHT, and includes the energy of GOD'S special whishes for the
certain needs of the individual person or being. So BLESSING is not like BLESSING, but differs individually (and it is not the
same as sending someone LOVE and LIGHT!). BLESSING will come and work exactly how the specific person or being
needs it, just like it is with GRACE - but it is not identical with GRACE!

When you are asking GOD for HIS-HER BLESSING, your heart-chakra will open and the energy of the BLESSING ( =
LIGHT and LOVE, carrying a certain aim and purpose) is streaming out of it, and also from your hand-chakras. This energy
will be flowing for a short time (about 12 seconds) and then stop. Most of the time you will feel it.
If you want the BLESSING for yourself, you can hold your hands upon you crown-chakra, on top of your head - when asking
for the BLESSING for others, you can hold your open hands in their direction or just let your hands rest and leave them
open; when the others are not present, you may just let your open hands rest in your lap or on your knees.
Afterwards you thank GOD-GODDESS.

Here I am giving you a hint: When you let others be BLESSED, you are BLESSED as well, because what you send out, you
will always receive. So it makes a lot of sense, to let others be BLESSED, because more BLESSING is flowing!

It is also possible, to ask for the BLESSING as well as for the LOVE of GOD-GODDESS, and you will be able to give both of
them at the same time; you may put your hands either on the crown-chakra or hold them open!

relaxed, more understanding and more caring than the one you used to be!)

former incarnations and free yourself

LIGHT and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE are the most effective means for developping the Body of LIGHT and the Mer-Ka-Ba.
Without UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, this development will be impossible!

You can consciously change yourself and all your expressions of LIFE to the positive if you begin to live from the HEART.
That is quite easy, so easy, that you will be surprised.
But it requires some practice and concentration, and above all conscious action. If you do it often and remember it again and
again, you will find out after some time that you are doing everything from your HEART-chakra, and it happens by itself and

Learn to speak from the HEART, not just on important occasions, but ALWAYS:
Before you open your mouth, go consciously into your HEART-chakra (HEART) and remain there as long as possible, at
least as long as you are speaking, or go consciously again and again on your HEART-chakra. You will notice that your
words sound soft and do not hurt anymore. You will notice that you always find exactly the right words and that there are no
more misunderstandings. The words from your HEART also go directly into the HEART of the other person.

Learn to telephone from the HEART:

Before you pick up the phone or call somebody, go consciously on your HEART-chakra (HEART) and remain there, as long
as you telephone. You will also notice that now it is much easier for you to finish a conversation if you want to, without being
abrupt or impolite. When telephoning, say always the truth and do not use any excuses and "white lies!"

Learn to walk from the HEART:

Before you start walking, go consciously on your HEART-chakra and remain there as long as you are walking - and your
walk becomes free and easy; others will find it just beautiful and significant. This practice should not be confined to official
occasions or celebrations, but you can ALWAYS walk like that

Learn to sing from the HEART:

Concentrate on your HEART before singing and then hear and feel the difference.

Learn to read from the HEART:

Read, while directing your consciousness to your HEART and let it stay there throughout the whole time you are reading.
With some practice, nothing will disturb your concentration and you will now read with different eyes, and whatever you read,
you will understand differently now, because now you can look into the HEART of the person who wrote you. Maybe you
would prefer to read personal letters with your HEART? And remember to do so, when you receive complaints, even at
work...

Learn to paint from the HEART, to draw, to do handicrafts and to be creative in whichever way you chose:
The results will be quite different - and you and the others will feel this within the HEART. ALL GREAT ARTISTS WORKED
LIKE THAT!

Learn to work from the HEART:

You will now do your work with JOY and will give another QUALITY to your work, which others will notice, too.

Learn to see with the HEART:

You will change your point of view this way and SEE beneath the surface.
Your HEART opens another dimension for you: Spontaneous RECOGNITION.

Learn to hear with the HEART:

You will learn to HEAR in a new way, and for the first time you will learn to really LISTEN - that can only be done from the
HEART! If you hear with the HEART, you open yourself for UNDERSTANDING.

Learn to be in the HEART when forming an opinion about others:

Then you don't use your brain, which causes you to see everything in a sharper light, with criticism and lack of
understanding. This way you will come to different judgements - or to no judgement at all.

Learn to be in the HEART when being together with people with whom you feel uncomfortable:
You will sense that the contact is of a different quality than usual. But it could also be that you would rather want to leave,
because you do not want to be among those people - and this time you stand up to your own opinion and feelings instead of
being just 'polite' = bending to 'customs'!
Learn to be in the HEART when standing up for yourself:
Then you don't feel aggression, but you are STRONG, CLEAR and consolidated instead...

Learn to be in the HEART when standing firmly up to your conviction:

You will find exactly the right words and will radiate FIRMNESS and HONESTY. You can convince others in a friendly and
upright way.

Learn to be in the HEART when you ask for something:

Your request will meet a different resonance, because it does not come from a feeling of inner weakness but of inner
strength. This way your self-evaluation or your prestige will not be offended, whether your request is granted or rejected. You
find exactly the right words. If refused, you can leave with your head raised high.

Learn to go into your HEART if other people disturb you:

You will have a deeper understanding of others, because you are able to identify with them. Maybe you will not feel disturbed
by others any more - but if this should still be the case, you will be able to express your opinion in a friendly way and without
any aggressiveness. Therefore you will be met with friendliness, too - and maybe you will not feel disturbed anymore by
others.

Learn to breathe from the HEART:

The breath symbolizes the GIVING and TAKING. You are part of the WHOLE and take from it, but in turn you also give from
yourself. All humans and all of nature are interconnected over the air. Breathe consciously and LOVINGLY take up your part
in the GREAT CYCLE of LIFE. That, too, is TASK and DEDICATION.

Learn to decide from the HEART:

Your decisions will have another QUALITY, an inner WISDOM. They will not be able to lead you astray anymore.

Learn to distinguish with the HEART:

You will soon notice that your differentiations radiate an inner WISDOM, an inner KNOWLEDGE, and they will always be
ecactly on the point.

Learn to forgive with the HEART:

FORGIVING is often very difficult for people because they connect their injuries with their pride and their self-evaluation. The
reason for this is the predominance of the brain in human thinking, wich causes the predominance of the EGO. If you can
FORGIVE from the HEART, the EGO and the brain are not involved anymore. So the other person who is FORGIVEN
immediately feels and realizes it and reacts upon it. Your relationship to this person will be harmonized from then on,
forevermore. This means that your karma with this person is dissolved for good.

Learn to recognize TRUTH with your HEART:

This you can learn from the pages to the subject 'TRUTH'. If you recognize the TRUTH with the HEART, no more doubts
exists. This ability is universally applicable. With some practice, you will immediately know whether somebody tells the
TRUTH or not, whether a book would be important for you to read or not, whether certain food products would be good for
you or not... This way, nobody can influence you any more to buy something you would regret later-on, because you
recognize yourself without a doubt whether a product is worth buying or not.

Learn to remember with the HEART:

We have stored all our experiences in our aura - as energy - up to the smallest detail. Our memory is much more detailed
than just a photographic memory. Unfortunately most people do not reach their memory bank so well, because there are
loads of blockages keeping them from reaching it. This way we have drawn a veil of forgetting over our memory, and this
way we can live in peace: because knowing each single word, each single scene in detail would cause us an awful pain, a
terrible shame. Most memories would be much too painful to stand, especially those where we ourselves hurt those whom
we loved most. If however, you go into your HEART to remember, you will be able to clear this veil with UNCONDITIONAL
LOVE, thus HEALING the pain of the past, HEALING the relationsships with others, dissolving your karma like a storm can
clear the morning mist - and all your pain will be gone....

Learn to compare with your HEART:

and your comparisons will always be objective and precise.

Learn to assess other people with your HEART:

and your assessment will always be right and fair.
Learn to interact with other people while being in your HEART,
and you will have no more problems with anyone, not even with the most difficult people.

Learn to find your own WAY from your HEART:

and you will always go the right WAY.

Find even more possibilities to express yourself from the HEART. You will live your life in a new and more beautiful way. And
more than that, you gradually will turn into an affectionate, thoroughly lovable person. Maybe you would then be able to LIVE
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE all the time? - then your LIFE is a continuous celebration, a feast of LOVE. That sounds good,
doesn't it? Does it seem too good to be true? You cannot believe it? This could not happen to you, because you do not feel
uo to it? You feel too small for it? I suggest that you try it, though - because it only works if you DO it!

Keep your heart open,

whatever may happen.

Even if somebody hurts me?

Even then.
Because if you are the cause of everything,
you can only be hurt,
when you believe in it
and want to experience it.
LOVE forgives everything and can only LOVE.
LOVE heals your wounds.
