2/3 2150 hrs—10000 blk James Madison Hwy— As a result of a traffic stop driver, Raul Flores, 28 of Sumerduck, was arrested for Possession
with the Intent to Distribute. Passenger, Gary Seamon, 50 of Culpeper, was also arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and an
outstanding warrant out of Culpeper County.

2/4 0001 hrs—13000 blk Elk Run Rd—Units stopped for a disabled vehicle and came in contact with Christian Phelan, 31 of Woodbridge, who
was arrested for DUI.

2/4 0001 hrs—12000 blk Brent Town Rd—Units responded for a welfare check. Joshua Price, 29 of Midland, was served with Permitted
Warrant for Threats out of Chesterfield County.
