Aims:
 Listening: Understand instructions addressed to them carefully and slowly.
 Reading: Use simple phrases and sentences to describe themselves, what they do, where
they live, what they have, etc.
Objectives
1. Content Objective.
To understand and use the past tense, to know the form of the regular and irregular past. Students
will be able to use the past tense to tell about states that happened in the past, and form questions
using the past tense.
Language Objective.
By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
 Students will recognize and identify regular verbs used in the past tense.
• Students will translate verbs from present tense into past tense using the suffixes “ed”
and “d”.
