HIGHLIGHT:
• PELANGI BRAVO BARGE: RAMH TO RAMP 6” SUBSEA PIPELINE REPAIR
Starts from October 10, 2017 at 12.00hrs, Pelangi Bravo barge on hire and handed over to Facilities. Barge was
towed and deployed anchors at RAMH for 1st laying pipeline position, From Oct 12th completed laying down six (6)
pipeline segments onto seabed, tightened bolts on flange to flange connection and installed flanges protector.
Several times were hampered due strong current and bad weather hence postponed diving activities to assist
laying down segmented line-pipes. At deck barge continue fabrication welding joints on 6” new line-pipes.
Progress: 22.04% (last week progress 2%)
• ZELP CRANE REPAIR AND STRUCTURAL STRENGTHENING
The work started from September 28, with small construction team remotely works from Petrex barge to Zelda-P
platform. Up to October 15th, using welding habitat completed repair holes on existing structural pedestal column
and installed new doubler-plates as reinforcement part of existing pedestal column. On Oct 16 th all crews and
equipment were demobilized back to KJ4, while Letter of Acceptance being route for CBU approval. Progress:
100% (last week 75%)
• PABELOKAN COMMUNICATION TOWER REFURBISHMENT
Based on preliminary assessment on Feb 18-19 and refer inter-department coordination meeting on Jul19, the
conclusion to re-painting and partial replacement of existing damaged bolts connection was approved by SBU to
be follow up. In progress mobilization materials, equipment and man power to Pabelokan.
• BAYU CAKRAWALA BARGE: As requested for utilization of Snubbing job program. Barge On-Hired April 30 at
23.45hrs and directly handed over to D&C Dept job <assist D&C dept Snubbing job>.
