books are heavily damaged due to infestation of termites.

In line to this, we would like to request excess materials/used materials such as C-purlins,
rebars and angle bars. This will be of great help in making metal bookshelves for the safe keeping
of books.

The library is one of the most important facilities in school. As such, we have been using
our designated room for this. However, our book shelves, made up of wood, have been gradually
destroyed by termites. Moreover, our books have been badly damaged. We wish to have book
shelves made up of metal, but we don’t have fund.

In connection with this, we would like to request assistance by providing us the materials
such as C-purlins, rebars and angle bars. These would be a great help for us to be able to fabricate
our much needed metal book shelves for the safe keeping of our books.
