DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT ENGINEER/EL

PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST IN THE RATIO OF 1:2

(I) It is hereby notified that as per the selection criteria indicated in the earlier online
notification, the candidates whose Hall Ticket numbers given below are called for
Verification of Original Certificates in the ratio of 1:2.

The candidates who have got equal marks with the last selected candidates for that
particular roster vacancy are also called for verification of certificates.

(2) The verification of Original Certificates will be held at 4 th Floor, HRD Wing,
Corporate Office/APEPDCL/P&T Colony/VISAKHAPATNAM on 06.09.2014
at 11:00 AM as detailed below

(3) No TA and DA will be paid for attending for Verification of Original Certificates.

(4) Calling for Verification of Original Certificates does not confer any right to
claim appointment as ASSISTANT ENGINEER/EL. The final selection will be
strictly as per merit and presidential order and rule of reservation.

(5) No correspondence would be entertained what so ever, with candidates not figuring in
the eligibility list for Verification of Original Certificates. On all related matters, the
decision of APEPDCL would be final and binding.

Provisionally selected candidates are requested to attend for verification of certificates

on the Date & Time, at the Venue mentioned above 1 hour before, with the following
certificates:-
i) Certificate for proof of Age i.e. SSC/HSC etc.,
ii) Educational Qualifications
(a) Original/Provisional Degree in Electrical Engineering i.e. B.Tech; B.E.,
AMIE
iii) Caste Certificate, if any issued by Revenue Officer not less than the rank of
MRO (latest by 6 months) or Permanent Caste Certificate, in respect of
SC/ST & BC candidates clearly indicating the Sub-Caste and group.
iv) Study Certificate from Class-IV to X. If private candidate, residential
certificate issued by the Officer of the Revenue Department not below the rank
of Tahsildhar in independent charge of mandal/as the case may be (Study
Certificate and Residence Certificate Proforma Enclosed)
v) Hall ticket issued for Written Test.
 vi) One set of attested photo copies of all the above certificates
should be submitted by the candidate
Even if Government declares any holiday on the above dates, the verification of
certificates will be held as per schedule.

NOTE: ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES AS MENTIONED ABOVE SHOULD

INVARIABLY BE FURNISHED BY THE CANDIDATES AT THE TIME OF
VERIFICATION, OTHERWISE THEIR CANDIDATURE WILL NOT BE
CONSIDERED.
