SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, MA. MYRNA NEALEGA ELLIOTT of legal age, widow, British citizen, with
residence and postal address in London, United Kingdom, and registered owner of house and lot,
with TCT No. ___________ and Tax Declaration No. 97-023-0078, under the name of MYRNA
M. NEALEGA, Situated in San Francisco, Buli, Camarinis Sur, Philippines. duly organized in
accordance with law, do hereby name, constitute and appoint RAMON MORANDARTE
NEALEGA, legal age, married, with residence and postal address in San Farncisco, Buhi,
Camarines Sur, Philippines. for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the
following special powers, to wit:

1. Accomplish, perform, submit documents related to my house and lot to any authorized
bank in Legazpi City, Philippines or Province of Camarines Sur, Philippines.

2. To apply for lot and housing loan, my house and lot in any authorized bank in Legazpi
City, Philippines / Province of Camarines Sur, Philippines.

3. Receive the proceeds of payment for my house and lot loan for and on my behalf.

4. Open maintain, manage for, or on my behalf. savings, current, time deposit account
with any authorized bank.

5. Deposit to and withdraw from the Depository accounts in whatever form and manner
and in such amount as my said attorney – in- fort shall, in his sole discretion, deems
appropriate or necessary.

6. Receive, accept, endorse, negotiate all checks, draft, or orders of payments payable for
me or which may require my endorsements.

7. Do, perform, execute, deliver such other acts, deeds, documents instruments, as may
be necessary to implement and execute the foregoing powers/authorized acts.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done
in or about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present or acting in person,

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
 This Special Power of Attorney shall remain valid and subsisting unless otherwise notified by
me to the authorized bank in writing.
