SD25 gluten machine working

process introduction

1. First put 15kgs water into the tank, and put 25 kg wheat
flour into the tank. Then turn on the SD25 gluten
machine, start mixing wheat flour with water to make
dough.
2. Making the dough need about 12 minutes separate two
times. First time running machine making the dough
about 5~6 minutes, turn off machine wait for 1~2
minutes , then turn on the machine running making the
dough second time about 5~6 minutes .

3. After the dough has been made, turn off the machine
wait for about 12 minutes to make the gluten formed.
4. Washing dough , after wait 12 minutes , put about 15 kg
water into tank , turn on machine to washing the dough ,
first time washing about 3 minutes .
5. Turn off machine, rolling the tank to discharge the waste
water (wheat starch slurry).
6. Repeat step 4 and step 5 to washing dough to separate
the wheat starch and gluten. Second washing time can
be about 5 minutes, the third washing time and the
fourth washing time can be little longer than 5 minutes.
Normally, washing 4 times is enough. After discharge
the waste water, take out the gluten and washing the
tank for next time using.
