Remembering John Wayne - This original Old Tucson video presentation pays homage to the

10:15 a.m. Old Tucson Historic Tour – Take a 30 minute guided walking tour and explore the streets that Phoebe’s
many of your favorite television and movie stars have worked over the last 75 years. Porch
10:45 a.m. Pre-Battle Flag Raising – Witness the taking of Old Tucson by the Union or Confederate troops Town Hall
as they march through town and raise their flag in front of Town Hall. Then follow them as they Exterior
march into battle at the Bitter Creek town site.
11 a.m. Civil War Battle – Don’t miss the excitement of this Civil War battle re-enactment between the Bitter Creek
Union and the Confederacy. Visit with the troops for Q & A after the battle. Town Site
11:30 a.m. Lady Vivian’s Dance-Hall Casting Call – A search for new talent brings hopeful, would-be Grand Palace
performers to town and the distinguished Grand Palace stage. Saloon

Noon Special Civil War Presentation – Learn all about the Artillery used in the Civil War. Stage 2

12:30 p.m. The Hanged Man – As portrayed in the 1974 film shot right here at Old Tucson, a gunfighter Mission
helps a young widow who is trying to keep a ruthless land baron from taking her ranch.
1 p.m. The American Cowboy - The Cookie of this outfit can tell you all about bein’ boss around the Behind
cookfire and second in command of the trail drives. Shelton Hall

kickin’, can-cannin’ good time that’ll be sure to get you in to the Valentine Spirit! Saloon
2 p.m. The Raucous Saloons – Saloons were among the first establishments to spring up in new Hotel Del Toro
towns. Learn about how they operated and the clientele that frequented them. Interior
2:30 p.m. Last Ride to Willcox – Recounts an actual event in which a group of train robbers who fled Hotel Del Toro
from their hideout, are soon tracked down and cornered by county sheriffs. Exterior

4:30 p.m. Hollywood Stunt Demonstration – The Old Tucson stuntmen take you behind the scenes for Mission
an entertaining look at how stunts are performed. Don’t try this at home!
