DAVID C. MARCUS, being first duly sworn deposes and-says:

That he is the attorney for petitioners in the above entitled

matter. That the respondents are some twenty in number, presiding in
24
various points of Orange County. That your affiant desires to effect
go
service upon said respondents and that there is no United States

Marshal, stationed in said County of Orange. That it would be incon-

venient and expensive to petitioners herein for a United States

Marshal from Los Angeles, to locate and serve the said respondents

in the various parts of Orange County. •

WHEREFORE your affiant prays that any person over the

age of 18 and not a party to the above entitled action be authorized

1 to effect service upon said respondents by delivering to and leaving

with each of said respondents personally in said County of Orange

3 State of California a copy of said petition and Summons all as provi-

4 ded by the Code of Civil Procedure of the State Of California.
