The email to me from Jenny Chartier, Abigail Bakery in Weare NH in talking about ATTORNEY Richard
DeSeve and his friend Robert Phillips extorting $12,000.

Robert Phillips, All Clear Septic not only committed an environmental crime by poorly installing a septic
system that failed.... It failed after it was allegedly issued operational approval. This is the same mutt who
installed Kevin Guay`s septic system.

The mutt who ended up defending Guay.... SEPTIC INSTALLER Michael Bedard, who is actually involved
in installing Guay's septic, so poorly, it failed.

So why are public officials issuing operational approval? How come Magee didn't know about those
wetland violations before the septic was installed?

Michael Bedard & his love vulture Lauren Norther scammed my friend and openly confessed. Because
they know law enforcement won't do anything. Like you're not going to do anything.

You're the chief of Andover Police. If you do your job, you're going to be famous. And you'll fully restore
my faith law enforcement. As well as be my hero for saving my life. They threatened to murder me 2
months after I came forward.
