 Provide daily reading intervention instruction for over 100 students to
Murrieta, CA
close the reading achievement proficiency gap.
 Analyze data to drive instruction and differentiate to meet individual
goals of each student.
 Collaborate with the teachers weekly in PLC’s to discuss ways to better
support them and the needs of their students.
 Oversee three aides and help with scheduling, lesson planning, and lead
weekly meetings to discuss their concerns/victories with students.
 Participate in monthly district PLC’s with intervention and Title 1
teachers receiving training in all district initiatives and programs.
