Beyond Fear and Judgment I

Now, when we teach you about what is to come, we bring you forward to a level of
agreement that these things can be so. You must understand this, friends. Where we go now in
this teaching is beyond the comprehension that the small self has used to navigate an existence
here. And to move beyond fear and judgment is not an act of will. It is a surpassing of a barrier
that has been created by you all, in fact, that you have been attending to for a millennium. The
True Self, you see, who exists outside of time and knows who she is, can comprehend this, and
she is the one who enters, bypasses the barrier, reclaims herself beyond the limitation that you
have utilized to navigate an experience here on this plane. The agreement that must be made
by all of you attending this class, and all who will understand this teaching in times to come, is
that it can be so. Underline the word can. The potential of it is here. The realization must be
known, and the agreement to be realized, to know who and what you are beyond the fabric of
reality that you have all created and been in agreement to, to understand what lays beyond the
fear and the judgment that you have claimed as a small inheritance.
We say a small inheritance. Fear itself, as you understand, is a vibratory expression that
seeks to replicate itself at all opportunities. It is a scavenger of sorts. It will rely upon your old
fears to consume you so that it has bread to survive on. The releasing of fear in all ways
supports you in navigating a reality that does not abide in it. And the starving of fear, we would
suggest, is less an act of will than a violation of the agreements made by society in inherited
wisdom throughout ages that would suggest that fear is your friend, when, in fact, it is your
captor.
The removal of fear from the energetic field happens in stages, but until you believe that
you can acquiesce to the requirements of its removal, you will not do so. You cannot imagine a
world that exists without fear, although you are invited to be fearful everywhere you look. You
cannot conceive that one day you may move to a level where this no longer exists. You cannot
abide in a possibility that you can’t even comprehend. So the first requirement of this class will
have to be the willingness to believe that things may exist and can be claimed outside of the
reality of fear, outside of its dedication to its survival. And you must understand, friends, that, as
you agree to this, you have to realize your very complicit nature to creations of fear that you are
utilizing to define yourselves, claim your fellows, and create a world from. To be free of fear is to
be free of the honoring of fear as an ally, and to be free of the ally that fear has been in some
ways leaves you exposed to a new possibility that you can defend yourself in your truth, in your
high vibration, because at that level there is nothing to fear.
If fear has been your armor—“I will be afraid of those people, be afraid of the bank, be
afraid of what my neighbors say, be frightened of not pleasing my parents, or conforming to the
rules that I have inherited”—if fear has been your governess, putting you to bed at night with the
stories she would tell you about the potential ramifications of anything and everything, you must
understand that you need a new shepherd, a new governess, a new potential to align to. When
you move beyond fear, you move to new agreements, and the acquiescence to the new
agreements of what can be will in fact support you in the reliance upon yourself, your True Self,
as a subject in a new kingdom that does not agree to fear.
Now, we have used metaphors prior. You live on the second floor of a house where you
can see the termites in the trees before the window. You hear the fighting of the neighbors
across the way. You understand that the view you have is what is, but you agree to it because
it’s what you see out your window. When you move to the tenth floor, or the fiftieth floor, the
view is very different. You are no longer hearing the clanging of the pots in the restaurant below
you, and smelling the smoke from the taxis on the street before you. You have moved beyond
them. To move beyond fear is not to eradicate the fear that exists. It’s to lift beyond it to a level
where the fear cannot consume you and have its way and have you be complicit in its desire to
claim a world in agreement to it.
Now, the world you see today is a wonderful mirror for this. “We should be afraid” is the
agreement that is being made by many. “We must have more arms. We must bomb first. We
must relegate others to prisons outside of our walls. We must be kept safe from the unknown
potential that is always lurking around the corner.” The bedtime story you are told every day is
to stay afraid, and, by agreeing to be fearful, you become complicit in all of fear’s directions. And
fear has direction, you see. Its only intention is to replicate itself and claim a world in its
agreement. To move beyond it, you must first agree that it can be so, and, in the understanding
that it can be so, you will begin to create from a new potential that is not born in the known or
the experience, but what can only be comprehended from the higher octave that you are now
claiming into experience. Did you hear those words? That you are claiming into experience.
Just as you have claimed fear and are participatory to its creations, the ones you have
internalized as what you are or what you perceive around you, and the ones you are directed to
see by common agreement, the agreements made in fear will do what they want. If you make
the new agreement to claim what exists beyond fear, you have moved to a new perception of
what may be known, and, in your alignment to it, you are claiming it and calling it forth as
manifest. Now, understand, friends, the small self does not do this. She cannot. She has not the
ability to scale the wall and bypass the old, because she has contributed to its structure and has
counted on it in most ways to serve her, or protect her, or tell her who she is. The one that may
do this, in her alignment, is what we call the True Self, the Divine Self, or the Christed Self that
exists beyond fear and is neutral, in many ways, to the predicaments that she is asked to
understand or agree to in fear.
The Divine Self is not afraid. She does not claim in fear. She does not shake hands with
it. She does not nurse it. She doesn’t play with it. She doesn’t pacify it. She doesn’t whisper it to
her friends. She is not known in it. And, because she is not known in it, she is free.
Now, as you align to the True Self in the stages of incarnation that you are responding to
through this teaching, the alignment progresses in your externalized reality—the individual, first,
as the collective follows. The issuance of the vibration of the True Self, who is not in agreement
to fear, begins to envelop and claim in manifestation the world that you see yourselves in. There
is no predicament in this world that fear will align to. There is only learning, and the progression
of the individual and the collective as it evolves in future ways.
Now, when you realize this, that to claim the new into manifestation requires, in some
ways, the release of the old and the agreements you have made to it, you begin to realize how
potent you are in your power to claim into being that which is already so. And we must explain
this now. We have said many times that you do not become the Christ, the Christ becomes you,
and the definition of Christ we use—the aspect of the Creator that may be realized in form as
what you are and in who anyone else is—is the reality of being. The Divine Self as you is what
claims the new world into being, and the fear-based self, who has had a great investment in
knowing herself in fear, is then realigned or re-supported in her alignment as the what that she
is. When we use the word what, we mean manifest, and each one of you here, know it or not,
agree to it or not, are the Divine in form. All are, at the higher octave of revelation and
realization of being. So, when we say you are calling into manifestation what is in truth, you are
not making in something that is unknown, you are calling forth what is.
Now, dominion, we have to say, is simply the realization of the who and the what that
you are in the higher octave in field and form that may then claim into manifestation that which
is of like accord. If you can imagine, friends, that God sees God in all things, or the Divine sees
the Divine in all manifestation, with nothing excluded, you can understand the ramifications of
the projection of sight of the one who sees with the eyes of the Divine. What you witness at this
level, you reclaim in its inheritance. And when we say inheritance, we are speaking to what is
inherent in all manifestation. God is the sky, God is your fingers and toes, and your breath, and
the woman next door you don’t like, and those people over there that you are so frightened of as
well. What you exclude from God, what you put in darkness, what you place in fear and
judgment, calls you right to it in vibrational accord. What you damn, damns you back, yes, and
the agreement that is made here, in this first class here, is that it may be so, it may be known, it
may be claimed in manifestation that you may move beyond fear and judgment—move above
and beyond, if you wish to say it that way. We are not burying your fear in the dirt. We are not
telling you not to judge your neighbor. Your small self will do as she wishes. But you may
understand that, as you judge, you become complicit to fear and its manifestations that are
surrounding you now.
“What happens to mankind?” Paul has been asking. “What is going to happen to us
through this period of change?” We have said for many years now that humanity is at a time of
reckoning, and a reckoning is a facing of the self and all of its creations. And humanity is
culpable for the fear that it has claimed, and endured, and claimed for others, and made so in
the fields you share. But because you have created it, you may move beyond it, but you cannot
move beyond it when you are still seeking it, wishing to hide out in it, casting it away when you
don’t want it, and rushing back to it when you do. That is an alignment to fear that claims you
again and again at its level, or its level of agreement, or the octave it plays in, which informs
who you think you are, what you think you are, and what everybody else is.
Here we go, friends:

On this night we choose to align all who are present to a new potential that they may
know themselves beyond fear and judgment. And, as we say these words for them, we
sing their song, their True Self’s song, because the True Self in each one here is not in
coherence to fear, does not live in fear, does not know fear, and is not listening to it.

The True Selves of all of you have come to be seen and known outside of what the small
self has claimed, and endured, and suffered through, and used again and again to anchor her in
the low vibration she so wishes to be free from.The claim is made for you now, for each of you
here, to lift beyond the known, to lift beyond the agreement to fear to a new potential. If you wish
to say these words after us, you may:

“On this night I choose to be liberated from the masquerade of fear. On this day I choose
to learn that my right as a divine being is to express in ways that don’t collude with fear,
don’t go to bed with fear, don’t sing in fear, and don’t use fear as a protector. On this
night I choose to realize potential, to know potential, to agree and be in coherence with
the Divine Self in its potential to be known in fullness as what I am, and free, and free,
and free of fear, from fear, for now and always. I am Word through this intention. Word I
am Word.”

Now, the broadcast you are playing—the field that you hold is in broadcast, yes—has
heard these words, and, as they have been announced by you, you have claimed them, in field,
first, and then in form. As we said prior, this first class is the claim of potential. “I may believe
that it is so, that it can be so, that I may know myself from the high window where I see no fear,
that I may believe in humanity’s potential to realign to what is and has always been outside of
fear. And the gift I give myself, this potential, this possibility, this agreement to it, will be the
benefit and the gift that I leave to those who come after me, because the times I stand in, in
great change, hold the potential for a grand future where I am no longer listening and being
asked to support the fear that has been the birthright of the small self.”
Now, when we end this teaching for this class, we are giving you homework. Paul is
surprised by that. This has not happened in a long time. The homework is very simple. Make a
list of the fears you hold, and invite them each to be re-perceived by the True Self, because she
will know, he will see, the truth of each situation. In truth, we have said, a lie cannot be held, and
fear, we have to say, is the great lie.
Now, Paul has a question for us. We will take it. “Is fear the same as evil?” Absolutely
not. We are not teaching you about evil. We are speaking of a low vibration claimed in fear,
known as fear, and other names as well, that you have been using and re-creating at every
opportunity. If you wish to emblemize it in other ways, you may, but if you call it evil, you move
again to separation.
Now, Paul is asking, “But if everything is God, is fear God, too? What are we doing with
fear by casting it out?” In fact, what you are doing is moving beyond it, no longer going into
agreement with it, not being in coherence with it as a vibratory being. Everything is God, yes,
but everything is in gradation, high, and low, and in-between. As you ascend in consciousness,
and, as the form you have taken seeks its ascension by moving beyond the known, you
disembark from the creations of old. There will always be a second floor, but when you reside
up here, you have a different experience.
When the world is re-created through the claiming of the new, the release of the old
commences, and the alignment you seek will be witnessed, or made manifest, in the physical
realm. This is the act of re-creation and alchemy that we have been teaching you. The teaching
we move with now, and will be the next text, is “Beyond the Known,” because all that we claim
now into form and field cannot be made manifest using the language or self-identification that
has been known prior. We need to lift you to the new, where the new can be comprehended by
you.
We thank you each for your presence tonight. We will take your questions as you wish to
ask them. Period. Period. Period.

Q: In my work, we’ve been going through some issues in regards to safety, and I know I’ve
already asked the Guides, and they’ve answered me, in regards to the structures of safety
programs and like that, but can they say any more about what we perceive as cause and effect
of accidents?

A: Well, if you believe in accidents, we can talk about them. If you don’t, we cannot. When
someone is careless, they need to learn care. When someone is not looking where they are
going, they’re inclined to bump into something else. You may call it an accident, or you may call
it not caring or not being alert or not wishing to be alert. In fact, most of you don’t really want to
know where you’re going because you don’t want to think about it. Now, if you look at cause and
effect, you are precluding the idea of choice. One may choose at a higher level to undergo a
circumstance in order to learn something, or perhaps to support somebody else in their learning.
Your broken leg may serve as the opportunity for you to receive care when otherwise you would
not. It also may serve to remind you to look where you are going and save you from a future
catastrophe that would have been made by the poor habit of disregarding the safety sign. So if
you are asking a question about why these things happen, they are in some ways subjective,
but, we must say, they are always opportunities to learn.
Now, when one is responsible for the safety of others, one claims into manifestation the
circumstances that must be required to serve these people well. And that may mean you don’t
realize what must happen until there is the potential for danger. That is the only way that some
of you realize what is before you. But there is never a need to propagate, profligate fear for
others, because it’s a poor way to learn. Period. Period. Period.

Q: When it comes to, I know asking my higher self about healing the earth, basically, and they
said you’re going to be looking at all of the suffering, the pain, but I actually don’t look at it,
because I look above it and all I see is love. So do they recommend, what I’ve been doing is
picturing the earth, again everything in my world when I close my eyes is a cosmic egg, a
vibrating ball of energy, so I picture it actually smaller and then love being the biggest thing and
all it is is love, but I don’t know, again they’re at a higher octave, if they had any advice?

A: They’re saying perfect. It’s a wonderful meditation and a wonderful way to realize truth. Now,
you are moving to the higher vibration. You are not dismissing the old. You are actually
enveloping the old or claiming the old in love or the high octave, which seeks to support the old
in its realization. So the claim is an effective one. Now, the denial of fear in some ways operates
in the same way. You go about your business as if it is not there because it is not there in the
higher octave. Do you understand this? This is for all of you. We always have to remind you that
you are claiming what is already true, and the Divine Self, the Divine who and what that you are,
is not in coherence with fear, so may claim something other. Thank you for the fine comment.
We appreciate your work on our behalf. Period.

Q: I am trying to figure out what my next work is going to be. I feel like I’m here to be of service
to humanity and I thought I would work it out and I just have felt like I’m in a void around this.

A: We have a few things to say before we even teach her. You are all so significant that you
think you are unsignificant if you don’t have a practice that others will say makes you significant.
So you must all understand that your dedication to a mission, while noble in some ways,
actually claims you outside of your present experience, which is where you are of service in this
very moment you stand in. Period.
Say this, yes. So basically my understanding of what they just said is we all think we’re
supposed to be doing something important or else we’re not going to get that back. And they’re
saying that that actually is causing us to miss out on what we have right before us to do. They’re
saying yes, well said.
I’m going to tune in to you. You come through, like, “Well, I’m supposed to know.”
And they’re actually saying no you’re not. You’re here to be, and in your being you may
know. When you are trying, you will never know. One cannot make herself know. One can make
herself available to knowing, which is a rather different act. Now, how you serve, how each of
you serve, is through your realization. You all must understand this. The claim “I know who I am
in truth, I know what I am in truth, I know how I serve in truth,” claimed by the True Self,
supports the manifestation and realization of any action, and any action of the True Self will be
in service. Unfortunately, too many of you have been taught that it is a career or something you
do that is visible that says, “Yes, I am of service.” We will say this. He wants to interrupt. There
is no one here in this class, and no one on this plane, that doesn’t have the perfect potential to
be realized in a perfect way. And in that perfect realization, the service is present.
He is interrupting. “But what are we supposed to do until we’re realized?” What you do
next. Understand this, friends. You are so busy looking to the future that you forget where you
stand. The claim “I know who I am, I know what I am, I know how I serve” will call you into
present time, and there you may know. It is not around the corner. There is no corner. There is
only now. Period. Period. Period.
[Paul tells the story of tuning into his friend moving a tree blocking a road, just because it
was there and he was strong enough to do it, as an example of our tendency to overlook the
simple immediacy of how we serve.]

Q: If I’m faced with a challenge that’s beyond my ordinary abilities to affect the events, if in the
past I could worry about them, which I understand would be fear, or I could come up with plan
A, B, C, and D, so now I claim who I am and I wait, but sometimes I’m stuck as to where I go
from there. I claim my divinity and who I am in truth, because like everybody else I have a lot of
challenges, so I want to be able to address them in truth, and so I don’t know if then I claim
myself in truth, and then I just wait to see what appears before me or if then I take action.

A: [Paul talks about solving problems on a practical level and says it’s not about not taking
action.] Let me tune in to you. The Guides are saying Greg is not waiting. He is actually asking,
“Does he have to wait?” The answer is no. You must trust that you are being supported to take
high action. When you are acting in fear, you are not taking high action. You are contributing to
the fear. If anybody asks you to be afraid, take it as an opportunity to learn how to say no. When
you decide that you have the right to choose, and choose in a high way, you will create
opportunity, and you will be met by that choice. He is interrupting. “But what if it’s the wrong
choice?” There is no wrong choice, finally, because everything has to be an opportunity to learn
or this whole teaching makes no sense. If there was only one key for one lock and you
misplaced the key, are you to suffer for an eternity? Break the door down. Call for help. Do
something. Prayer, we would recommend, and affirmative prayer, to know that you are safe and
you are being met in right action, will support you in transformation. Worrying about it will not.
Period. Period. Period.

Q: After I read The Book of Truth and the last classes, Freedom from Fear, I’ve sort of been in a
void in that the old doesn’t work anymore and I’m looking around and trying to figure out where I
fit and belong, in terms of job and home, even relationships. I feel like I’m using the tools, but I
get concerned about finances and being able to take care of myself because I can’t seem to
know where I belong anymore.

A: The whole time you were talking I kept hearing “progress, progress, progress.” I’m going to
step in to you. You come through saying, “Well, I’m ready for what’s next, am I going to get it?”
and your tongue is coming out. Usually that’s kind of lusty, lusty for the new. “Am I going to get
it?” The answer I get is yes, and when you get it, you get it, and until that time the cake is in the
oven. You are not going to know whether it is chocolate or vanilla until you take it out. In the
meantime, clean the kitchen. Do you understand the metaphor? You have things to do. Go
about your business. When you are in the hallway, opportunities are coming when you are
ready to receive them, and usually not a moment before. Period. Period. Period.
Q: Recently I feel that there’s some letting go, like I’m going back to old habits sometimes, and I
feel on some level there’s some fear, like not complete letting go. Is there any fear I’m not facing
yet the Guides can help with me?

A: They’re saying of course, as there is with all of you. You release it in layers. As you see what
you need to see, you are given the opportunity to release it. You can imagine how
uncomfortable it must be to do surgery upon oneself. It’s an ugly proposition. Don’t go attacking
the body, looking for a malady. Let the symptom present and then heal the symptom and go to
the cause and allow it to release. Progression, we suggest, involves sequence, and there are
some things that you may attend to quite readily, and others that will take deeper time because
you have invested in them as core identity. When you believe you are your fear, so much so
that you can’t believe that it is fear, you cannot release it until you understand that it is not you.
Now, when you’re on this path, the possibility is very high that even those things will
present themselves in such a way that you may say, “Yes, I see, and I am allowing this to
release.” You will not release what you believe you need. The reason we gave you this teaching
tonight was to claim you outside of this to the potential of the self, the already realized self, who
exists outside of fear. As you honor that and align as that, you release by being in the higher
octave, not by digging in the dirt of it in the lower vibration. Take heart, friend. This is a process
of revelation, and to be revealed to the self is a gift and one that requires you to be willing to
witness who you are and what you thought you were. Period. Period. Period.
Say this, yes. [Paul describes a recent lecture about a field undergoing an
archaeological dig and the mess of the dig and the holes, releasing what they contained, then
being filled with light.]

Q: I don’t know if it’s career, I know I am of service to those I am with, and I know that the
resonance of who I am, I guess I want things to be said quicker or know where I’m supposed to
end up and at the same time I understand that only here and right now is what is.

A: I’m going to tune in to you. This is you. You’re saying, “I’m ready for what?” And I get you
won’t know until it’s there. And when it’s there you’re going to know, and you’re going to have to
say okay to it, and it’s not going to be what you think it’s going to be, but it is the opportunity you
were wanting. Don’t be surprised by what comes.
This is like that old movie, Good Will Hunting, they’re literally showing me the guy who
takes the job as the janitor in the school that ends up becoming the physicist because he takes
the right class. It’s like the back door way seems to be the illustration here. They’re saying
exactly right, but that is not his career and he should not worry. The metaphor was apt only in
that very often opportunity comes to displace you from what you have created. It may not be
welcome, but it may be needed to re-navigate you.
They’re showing me a bumper car going bang and pushing the other car in a different
direction. They’re saying exactly right. And that’s the direction where you recover and discover
who you are and what you do. They often come at the same time.
The acquiescence to the potential of what can be is very important now. And this is for
all of you. Know that there is potential for change, individual change, and collective change. If
you wish to refute this, “humanity will not change,” you are sealing your fate. Everything
changes. It’s the one thing you can count on truly said. Period. Period. Period.
I’m going to go to the Guides for one minute.
Yes, please. We wish to say goodnight. They have homework, and next week we will
realize them at the next stage of this teaching, which will be the understanding of why they did
this to begin with so that they can never do it again. (I hope this is true.) Accurate. Let us teach
our class, and let us say goodnight. We thank you each for your presence. Period. Period.
