Objectives
As a building leader, I will strive to motivate, inspire, and listen to all stakeholders at our school to work toward our
common goals. I will motivate and instill my passion for our school and seek ways for our students to continuously
grow and become more successful. I will inspire our internal and external stakeholders to seek new opportunities to
serve and include our school community, while remaining in contact with existing relationships. I will consistently
listen to the community to ensure that we, as a school, are working toward our common goals. We are stronger
when we work together, so it is my goal to have all participants take an active role in this school community.
