Exchange Participant profile

We provide international volunteering experiences through which young people develop themselves while
empowering individuals, communities or organizations. Candidates could have various academic background and
skills, but needs to have strong interest and preferably also working experience in areas and issues with the need for
direct social impact and sustainable solutions development sector.

The exchange opportunities are not paid in most of the cases, so the candidate should be able to cover their own
living and travel expenses during the time of the exchange program. Moreover most of the international volunteering
experiences opportunities offer free accommodation, meals and transportation.

Agreement between the Exchange Participant (EP) and EP Mentor :


( v ) Apply to project in YOP by latest 2 days after this meeting
( v ) Attend all AIESEC in Universitas Indonesia event (Induction, Outgoing Preparation Seminar)
( v ) Join the campaign and activities for EP that is being executed by AIESEC in Universitas Indonesia
( v ) Fill all the report (Personal development Plan, internship working timeline, standard tracking tools)
( v ) Fill in all the database and survey being asked for (e.g. EP mentor survey, all survey on YOP)
( v ) Being proactive and reachable towards EP mentor; reporting any problem or concern encountered during the
internship duration
( v ) Agreed to be allocated by EP mentor to the suitable project based on information provided in this form
( v ) Pay approved fee by the latest 7 days after signed MoU
( v ) Understanding that AIESEC’s Global Volunteer Exchange Program is not for personal and tourism travelling
