1. 3rd Quarter Grades

 Distribution of Grades by reading since Form 138-A is not yet available

 Subject with lacking required outputs
 Araling Panlipunan
 Filipino
 Students candidate to be excluded in ESEP class in Grade 9 SY 2015-2016
(Students with Developing Grade and or with below 83 as average)
 Remediation and make-up activity for those Incomplete grades

2. Lacking Forms

 Photocopy of Birth Certificate

 Promissory letter for unregistered in LCR yet
 Follow-up on the Birth Registration

3. Financial Report

 Paid Miscellaneous (15 parents) - P 3,740.00

 Paid HRPTA Project Contribution (25 parents) -120X24 = P 2, 930.00
 Expenses (2 Astron orbit fan @1350.00) -1,350X2 = P 2, 700.00
 Cash on Hand (HRPTA Fund) - P230.00

 Reading of Names with lacking Floor wax submitted

 Regular follow-up and checking of Parents whether outputs/projects are
accomplished or not
 Moving-up Ceremony will no longer be done (tentative plan)
